This is my 6th pregnancy and I cant believe THIS time I get nausea. I have never had it before with other pregnancies. The only think helping is having a small snack (greek yogurt, 1/2 PBJ sand) about every 2 hours. Anyone else in the green zone... I am SO sorry! Next week is my first OB app (8 weeks). Good luck to all of us on this fit preg journey!0

That is so funny...I feel like a freak for carrying my pee around! LOL
My Doctor told me I had to bring it in and he gave me a sterile cup and brown bag and everything! He said it had to be the first pee of the morning and my appointment is at 3:30, he said that he would give me a cup at every appointment and that I should always bring a sample with me!0 -

stephfilako - I'm on week 13 and although I was blessed not to have morning sickness, I was consistanly naseaus. I was eating small snacks (apricots, pb, grapes, pears, raw almonds) every two hours and thought I was doing great until my last appt when my doctor saw that I had lost 6 pounds and just about threw a fit. Mind you I wasn't trying it was just happening.
He put me on ONDANSETRON for the naseau and I have to admit there is a huge difference :noway: in my food intake! I can actually eat a whole sandwich instead of half!!!
Not sure what the criteria is to be on it but might be worth asking?? It was night and day for me!0 -
Is anyone else (or have you) had constant headaches all day long for days on end? I'm sure it's just the hormones...but I'm not usually a headache gal. I feel like I'm going to have to start poppin' tylenol like candy! So far, I've only taken 2 tylenol 2 times (different days)......
A friend of mine have constant headaches every day, all day long - she's currently pregnant. Her doctor prescribe her - coke, and she said it saved her. Don't ask me why :-)0 -
HI ladies, having an uber rough day, super nauseaus, and I have a cold! I can seriously barely function. Ive been reading but no energy to keep up with you all. I have a perscription for anti nausea drugs may have to fill this bad boy.0

steph ~ I'm not much help...but I was nauseous up until the 12th week (exactly) (no puking, but the feeling was terrible). There were a few days were it was on & off throughout the days, but no matter what, it was always full-on by about 5pm & for a period of time, when the clock hit 8:30pm, it was the worst! Nothing helped...at all...and I tried it all. I hope you get some relief soon!
Rayna ~ You're the new pee lady  (just kidding!)
So it seems that I have some sort of viral infection? Per what the nurse said over the phone. My headaches, temp of ~100 (which I just took today) & swollen lymph node. She said it just takes its course, about 7-10 days. But if the temp gets higher, that I'll need to go in. Man...don't we go through enough as it is!? I ended up taking 2 tylenol this afternoon. My head was pounding. And I had a diet coke. (I think I got a second wind after drinking that! )0 -
Hi ladies,
Short note to let you know Ellie Olivia arrived at 1813 on 7 Sept. She weighed 8 pounds 13 ounces and measured 21.5 inches. I am in love!! We had a rough go during labor and after three de-cells (pretty sure that's not correct spelling) my doctor felt it was in Ellie's best interest to be delivered via c-section, Happy to report she is healthy and doing great, beautiful too! I am feeling a bit battered, but doing well too.
Also did a final weigh in before heading to the hospital - total gain 28 pounds. Didn't have the energy to read all the posts, but I am definitely breastfeeding.
More after I get home in another day or two.
Holly
Holly!
Our first baby in the group is born. Congratulations to you and your husband! I'm teary and thrilled for you and your new baby girl, Ellie Olivia. I love the name you picked.
I'm sorry about the c-section - I feel your pain. The first week is the roughest - you'll recover beautifully as your fit and strong!
Looking forward to baby updates. And Heather, time to get the baby board going! Lexie and I are on deck!
xo

Had my obgyn appointment this afternoon  it was really great. My obgyn is so amazing, really laid back and genuinely caring & nice, very patient as well (to answer all of my silly questions lol) baby's heartbeat was 150 today and everything looks really good. My blood pressure and weight are good and on track. They booked my ultrasound for September 28th! I'm really excited!! 2 weeks until we get to (hopefully) find out if we're having a boy or a girl! We also found out that I do not have to have a c-section (thought I might because I had a surgery in May) but turns out I can go au-natural after-all - well if all goes according to plan but at least I know it's an option.
I handed in my pee in a cup (lol yes I know it's weird but you just do what you're doctor tells you to! ) and he said I had to bring another sample for my next appointment in a month...haha
So now I'm just in countdown mode until September 28th I'm way to excited, it's like the countdown to Christmas when you're a little kid haha.
I'm thinking a lot about the nursery these days, and I'm really excited about getting started on that ) I'm thinking that we're going to paint the walls a nice green color (light not dark) and I'm going to possibly paint a mural...we'll see. Anyone done their nursery's?
Anyway, hope everyone is having a wonderful night! So glad it's cooled down a bit here tonight, it was SO hot today 31 degrees
So glad it's Friday tomorrow!
Good night all! :flowerforyou:0 -

Yes. Every pregnancy, up until about 20 weeks, I get horrible tension headaches. The hormones do funny things that make the area more prone to the tension, or something like that. Doctor also said dehydration makes it worse, and suggested I drink 90-100 oz a day :noway: (Ha, I'm doing great to get the 8 glasses! But that's only counting water/crystal light, so maybe I'm getting some other fluids that help). I do know that when I'm higher on the water, I got fewer headaches. Tylenol helps some, and for me the other thing that helped with the bad ones was a cold pack on my neck. It sounds counter-intuitive, but it calms down the spasming and then the muscles can relax. (Doctor told me that up to 8 tylenol a day - 2 every 6 hours - is okay, but I hate taking that much of any medicine, so I try to keep it to one dose a day)0 -
Holly ~ Congrats on bring little Ellie Olivia into the world!
As far as headaches go, I've one for the past 3 days. I finally caved today and went to hunt down some Tylenol. Apparently Alaska doesn't get regular shipments of the stuff. Not only was the BX and Commissary on base SOLD OUT, but so was Target. I had to scrounge to find the Target brand. Even then I cut the pill in half because I wasn't comfortable taking the whole 500mg. But at least I can safely function right now. It's still there, in the background, but it's bearable. And I drink around 12-15 8oz glasses of water a day, so I'm not dehydrated.0 -

Hi ladies! Hope you all are having a fantastic Friday so far!
Taldie sorry you aren't feeling well. Make sure to stay hydrated!
Kim I had slight nausea for only 2 weeks and it was more caused by not knowing what I was hungry for and waiting too long to eat. As long as I ate I was fine. And small meals/snacks will help! I've had an incredibly awesome pregnancy without any of the typical pregnancy complaints so it is possible! Just stay active and eat healthy and usually that does a world of difference!
Nichole I hear ya on the "trouble spots" gainage! lol! That is exactly what happened to me. It is like my body said "just in case there is a famine we want to make sure we have PLENTY of fat storage so that we don't whither up and die!" lol! I'm not worried about it anymore though. I know as soon as I have her and get back into my workout routine it will go away.
Rayna that is wonderful news about your appt and your u/s in a few weeks! How exciting! It will fly by....just stay busy busy!
As far as the headaches go...yours was obviously from sickness but lots of preggos do get hormonal headaches off and on during the pregnancy. I'm not a headache person either but several months back (probably around 20ish weeks) I would get really bad headaches for a few days straights. I took tylenol once and tried staying hydrated and getting rest.
The flu shot that they give to pregnant women (and I believe all people now) is not a live vaccine and therefore can NOT make you sick... If you get the nasal spray it is a live vaccine and does have the properties in it that could cause you to get the flu. Some people can have a reaction to the shot...but it isn't the actual flu vaccine making you ill. Like I had said before, I've never gotten the flu shot because I am a very healthy person and do not get sick (but very very rarely) so I'm not one to just get a shot just to get one, but in our case with a baby who is being delivered during flu season it is important. Not only are our immune systems less than stellar right now, but obviously so will our baby's. So all pregnant women, small children, and elderly should get their flu shot.
Amy as soon as you and Lexi get those babies out I will start the board. Until then we all wanna keep you ladies around for just a while longer! lol
Today is another perfectly gorgeous day. Gonna go for another 5 mile hike and do an hour of strength training following. I've got lots to do to prepare for the party/shower tomorrow. I'm super excited. I hope I'm not forgetting anything!0 -
TGIF!!!
Rayna - it's funny you say that about the pee thing because the doctor mentioned something to me last time about peeing in a jug for a full day so they can analyze the proteins. :-/ I don't know if it has to do with my high blood pressure or what. She didn't say I would for sure have to do it, but she talked about it. I sure hope not! haha!
I have some lower back pain this morning and don't know if I slept in a weird position or what, but it's not comfortable at all! lol
Got in my hour of cardio yesterday and felt great! I was able to run for longer intervals this time...10 minutes vs 3 minutes the day before. Pretty happy about that.
Got some possible bad news yesterday. Eric said a chief told him that the guy who is supposed to be going on this 12 month deployment is still overweight so Eric may have to go in his place....in 2 weeks!!! So technically he'd be gone for 14 months because the first 2 months are training and they don't start counting the 12 months until he's "boots on ground" in the desert. I am so not happy about this, but am trying to remain calm and not stress. It's really hard not to though!! I'm praying really hard about it and have tons of people praying. So....if you pray, please add us to your list.
I'm kind of confused about when the 2nd trimester begins. My ticker says it starts today, but I have an app that says it starts with week 13. So when is correct? lol0 -
kristy ~ You'll hear so many different answers on the start of the 2nd trimester. I personally think it's at 13weeks, 3 days (each trimester is that amount). What a stressful time for you, I couldn't even imagine. And Oh my goodness to peeing in a jug all day! Hope you have good aim
heather ~ You're such a workout inspiration!
Rayna ~ How exciting that you get to find out in TWO weeks!! I'm super jealous! I have to wait 6 more weeks yet. Have you been getting any vibes???
Thanks for all the info on the headaches ladies! So far, they've let up some. Still had to take 2 tylenol yesterday. I guess I'm just a freak about taking medicine - I always try to tough it out. I think the dosage per pill was 325mg (?). And I've always been a big water drinker w/ a minimum of 8 glasses per day...it's usually a lot more though (not to mention my other fluid intake).0 -
Congrats Holly!!!! Those were the exact measurements of my daughter. I agree with Heather, I hope you stick around. Mostly for my own selfish reasons though...I plan you you being one of my biggest motivators after I have my baby!
You had mentioned your fear of not knowing when you're in labor...My husband and I have the same fear, because I didn't know I was in labor with my boys. Thankfully I do not have the same condition with this pregnancy so it's ok for me to go into labor, just don't want it to happen at work!
I didn't think I was going to have a shower with this pregnancy, but my coworkers through me a very generous party yesterday. Couldn't have come on a better day either. Not only can I not sleep due to this big ole belly, one of my 3 year olds has been waking up a lot at night. My daycare had flooded and lost power so I spent the morning working from home. My boys were watching cartoons nicely so I slipped into the kitchen to work on my laptop. Within 5 minutes one of them caught my eye running by with toilet paper, the other one had gotten out A&D ointment and completely covered his head in it thinking it was hair gel and he peed his pants and was trying to clean it up himself. Can definitely laugh about it now though  This is why my doctor allows me to work up til the day of, I get more rest at work than at home.
Have a wonderful weekend ladies! We're taking the kids to the beach, hoping for some sunshine!0 -
Congrats Holly! Take care of yourself and enjoy the new born!
It'll be very busy weekend and weeks coming up, which might help me getting really anxious about counting down to my next ultrasound in Sep 30th.
We are going camping today for the weekend in Indiana Beach. 40% chance raining and sure hope it won't.
My parents will come next week (Wed) from oversea, and we haven't told our relatives about the baby (except my sister). Thinking we'll let my parents surprise when they see me. They'll be here for a little over a week before my sister come to pick them up to Canada. Oh, did I ever mention my sister is pregnant with her 3rd and our due day is about 1 week apart? :-) Our parents just learned about her pregnancy, and I figure I'm not gonna overwhelm them with the news at the same time.
I hope everyone have a great weekend, I'll be checking on all your post on my phone. :-)

Hey ladies! Happy Friday!
I had good intentions last night. I was going to go to the gym, then deicded I would do some strength at home, I even went so far to put my workout clothes on when I got home. Then I sat down to have a snack and it was over. I decided to watch Toddlers and Tiaras and part of a Lifetime movie instead while my husband worked on the basement. I figure my days of being able to come home and do absolutely nothing are numbered. I hear from all my friends with kids, "embrace the free time". So that's what I did.
I have not had many headaches. I have never been one to get them really except if I was hungover which I am not anymore. The few times I have woken up with one, I'll take a couple Tylenol and they go away. I have been reading Frankly Pregnant during my pregnancy and the chick that wrote it had headaches for weeks. I hope they get better.
I have thought about nursery decorations but haven't settled on anything yet. We have an angled ceiling over where the crib will go so I'd like to do a sky theme there and maybe have some trees with birds on other walls. I have this really cool bird cage that currenlty has wine corks but I thought it would be cool to put some fake birds in it and hang it near the sky ceiling. Maybe a grassy wall too. I have several artistically inclined friends and I can whip some stuff out too so I think we can come up with something cool. I'm excited about it.
I am very blessed to have a huge family on my husband's side and great friends AND a great company so I'll probably have 3 showers. My sis-in-law/husband'd Godmother is throwing our family couples shower early December. My husband is the youngest (by far) of 10, so there could be up to 30 people there. A girlfriend is throwing my friends shower, and my work always throws showers for pregos. In the past one of the guys builds a custom toy chest from scratch. Pretty cool.
Hope you all have great weekends. We have a work party tonight, shower tomorrow for my husband's niece; she is having #3 and #4 probably any day now. Poor thing is TINY and prego with twins and miserable. We're having friends over Saturday to cook out so another packed weekend! And of course there will be basement work. :noway:0 -
Wow, so I’ve been so busy at work and at home that I barely had a chance to get on here and now I’m just overwhelmed by all the posts! So Congrats to anyone going through victories and I’m sorry that I’m not responding to each of you individually!
Oh and to warn you I’ll be venting for a short moment. I’m so tired of calling different Dr.’s offices! I can’t even count how many OBGYN’s I’ve called this week, and it’s the same story for all of them. Either I never get a hold of anyone (just an answering machine where no one calls me back) or I’m told that the Dr. isn’t taking on new patients (even though I’m a pregnant woman with a referral!). The only one that gave me an appointment was quick to tell me that the Dr. was often late and that I should expect an average of 5hour waiting time even with an appointment! She then suggested I call the day of my appointment to check if it was even worth it to come in at all or re-schedule! I work, I don’t have the luxury of taking so many days off to go to an appointment where I may not even see the Dr. but instead be rescheduled. I love living in Montreal for everything it has to offer, but so far finding a person to deliver your baby is near impossible (midwives are even harder to get)! I’m seriously debating going off island to have this baby, but the fear of being in labor and stuck on a bridge is what’s stopping me.
Ok vent done.
Ash,0 -
Ash, that is so horrible :frown: I'm so sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time finding an obgyn! That is crazy :frown: I remember when I was trying to find a gyno (which is now my obgyn) when I didn't know if I could get pregnant and needed tests and a laparoscopy and it took 9 months for me to get in for an appointment and book the surgery with a referral. They said it would have definitely been a shorter wait time had a been pregnant but I remember how stressed out I was and how frustrated with all the waiting, I felt like my life was on hold. That seems to be quite a predicament especially because if you go off island like you said you risk being stuck on a bridge! That would be awful. This may be a silly question but have you talked to your family Doctor (who is probably giving your the referrals) and asked them for help trying to get in? I know my family doctor made those calls for me and let me know when I finally got an appointment - I know you don't have the luxury of time on your hands but they should be helping you more! Keeping my fingers crossed that you find an obgyn very soon! :flowerforyou:
Better_Balance_2 - I had those very same intentions last night but did the same thing. I sat down and had dinner and then watched Arrested Development and the new premiere episode of Sons of Anarchy and then went to bed! lol but I agree...we need to also enjoy our free quiet time while we still have it!0 -
YAY for Sons of Anarchy!! Love that show! lol0

Happy Friday Everyone!!! Even though it's been a short week, it's been super busy and I'm so glad it's Friday.
Heather - thanks for the additional information on the flu shot. Knowing that makes me consider it more. Also, have fun at your shower, hopefully it's everything you want and more.
better balance - Sounds like a busy but super fun weekend!!!! Enjoy!
Abeare - sorry to hear about the hunting down of an OBGYN. Good luck I hope you find one close soon. My doctor is 75 miles away which takes at least an hour and 20 mins to get there. Last time I was induced, and hoping not to be this time, I just hope I make it. That's the closed actual OBGYN to me, w/in 4 hospitals. So well see what happens. Good luck!!
atomdraco - sounds like you also have a fun weekend ahead!!! Enjoy!!
dmcohee - Sounds like a crazy day you had. But I must admit I did laugh. LOL. That's awesome about the shower, glad you had one. I always think your only supposed to have one with your first, but now I'm excited to have one. I had my son 7 years ago, with no intentions of having another I got rid of all my baby stuff. :ohwell:
Kristy - I always thought 13 weeks was the beginning of the second trimester, maybe I'm wrong though.
My weekend will also be busy. My son has a football Jamboree ALL day tomorrow. Can say I'm not looking forward to the all day deal but it's his first game of tackle football ever so he's excited. (By all day I mean - 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m) of football then drive home for another hour or so....This is my Sat.
Sun - Get my husband ready to get back out on the road. I'm a little sad, he's actually been home since July, but he was supposed to be within 200 miles of home for most of the winter, and now they are traveling 8 hours away and don't know how long they will be there. Then who knows, never know until they are heading to a new job. So we have to get his camper ready, clothes packed, grocerys bought and try to fit in some fun family time on Sunday before he has to leave. I just really hope now he will make it to the u/s next month.
Other than that, we were supposed to attend 2 weddings, which we are not going to make. Things are going to be super busy for the next 3 months though. My sons in football with 14 games ahead of us, then goes right into wrestling which means 3 weeks of practice then for 8 wknds in a row, traveling to tournaments. On top of all the kid stuff, work is CRAZY and busy, with TONS of upcoming changes that will make it even more busy.
I know having a newborn and a 7 year old basically by myself will be rough at times, but I am so looking forward to getting some time off, even if I won't get any sleep at night!!
Anyway, sorry that was Sooooo long, have a great weekend everyone!!!0 -
Ash, that’s terrible! Vent away, anytime you need. I’m so sorry you are having such a rough time. Things happen for a reason, which makes me think all of those that you have called are just not the right one for you. Best of luck and I have my fingers crossed that you will finally get in contact with one that is just for you!:flowerforyou:
Batter_Balance, I was SO close to doing the same thing last night! I changed into my workout clothes and sat on the couch and all I could think of was how much I didn’t want to get up. BUT I actually managed to pull myself up and kicked my butt into gear and made it to Zumba. It felt good during and after, but it took a lot to get there. I do like the idea of enjoying the alone time. I have a feeling this weekend will include a lot of couch time…my motivation always settles on the weekend for some reason.
DH and I have had our nursery theme for a long time…Dr. Seuss! We love all of his books and the lessons he teaches. My mom and I bought a bunch of Dr. Seuss fabric a while back and she will be making everything we need. My sister is a pretty good artist so I think I might have to convince her to paint a few characters or a quote on the wall. If she won’t then I would have to resort to the wall decals or stickers, good thing there are tons to choose from. I can’t wait to get started! It’s going to be fun.
SOA is the BEST SHOW!! Love it!!0 -
Kim & Kristy - Sons of Anarchy is so addicting! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE that show! I'm so glad you guys love it too!
Kim - your nursery idea sounds so cute! I've been looking at tons of decal ideas for trees with birds and dandelions (the ones you wish on) on etsy.com (there are HUNDREDS) and this other website called projectnursery.com there are so many good ideas!
I think mine will be a nature theme, with trees, birds and maybe some cute animals, butterflies etc. we'll see! I'm so excited to get started, I think we'll wait until after my ultrasound in 2 weeks and than go full force! :bigsmile:0 -
Rayna~ I love Etsy.com! There is so much great stuff on there! Your idea sounds absolutely adorable! I have so many design ideas, but DH is set on Dr. Seuss so I guess I will let him have this one. LOL projectnursery.com is additcting! There are so many ideas that it makes me want to try them all!
BTW I am counting down to the 28th too. That's my first dr appointment. Can't wait.:happy:0 -
Hello Ladies,
Dr's appointment went good, the baby was active but I still can't feel it. It measures 8cm. The hubby is thrilled each time seeing how active it is.
I won't find out what it is until I'm 22 weeks, 7 more weeks to go. :ohwell:
Kim-That is a great nursery theme. It's nice to have someone close do the art in the baby's room. One of my friends bro N law did the Dora painting for her lil girl.
Ash-Good luck finding an OB, sorry you have to deal with unprofessionalism.
Misti-Sounds very busy schedules ahead of you, and props for holding the fort while your hubby is out. Take care on those trips. Good luck to your son on his games, mine will be starting soccer next weekend too.
Rayna-thanks for sharing the websites you found for the decals.
Heather-spoke to my OB today and he said it'll be ok to sched a flu shot in next time's visit.
Have a nice weekend, I will check in on Sunday. Tomorrow we will be in Laughlin enjoying a possible last summer river outing.0 -
Thanks for the advise Rayna, and to everyone on that gave me well wishes. I thought I’d give you a bit of backround on the situation and would love advise or suggestions.
I haven’t seen my family Dr. in almost 10years (I doubt I can consider her my family Dr. anymore. I moved to Montreal from a small town 2hrs away about then and since then I was dealing with an OB (who was awful) up until 2 years ago when she up and moved back to Lisbon. The past two years I’ve been going to an RE (reproductive Endocrinologist) and he’s the one giving me the referral. He told me he can get me in with an OB he uses a lot, but I don’t like the hospital that OB is affiliated with (old hospital that is literally falling apart, they’ve been sued numerous times due to leaks and break while someone is mid surgery), not to mention the OB is a high risk specialist (hence why an RE is affiliated with him) and I’m afraid that means he’s more likely to do unnecessary interventions. So that’s my last resort. I basically got a list of all the OB’s from the hospital I like and checked them all out at ratemd.com and am calling the ones with the best ratings first. So this is probably why I’m not getting anywhere, all the good OB at the best birthing hospital in Montreal are booked solid and aren’t even taking on new patients. I’m even looking into GP’s at that hospital. The hospital off island is another fantastic one and would be able to get a great OB (he delivered two of my cousins kids) but getting to appointments without a car is difficult. The ones my husband attends would be ok, because we could take the car but when I go on my own I’d have to take bus, subway, bus, walk and it would take nearly 2hrs to do what takes 25minutes by car.
Oh and no one knows I’m preggers yet so I can’t ask my co-workers or certain friends for advice on who their Dr. was or their experience finding an OB.
Ash0 -
Wow, Ash that's crazy! Maybe try to show up at one of the hospitals you like and try to get in with a doc in person. It's harder to say no to someone in person.
Had my first Hypnobirthing class last night. I love it already. The class consisted of 5 other couples. 2 of the women are nurses and 1 is also a Doula. We are all having our babies at the same hospital and have found out that the hospital is really open to birthing plans which makes me so happy. Last night we did some breathing and affirmation exercises. It was awesome. Reminds me of yoga. I have a couple of homework assignments. I'll post more as I go along. But so far I highly recommend the class:0)0 -
Ash, sorry about all the trouble! Sounds terrible. So that leads me to ask you and the other ladies from Canada, how is the health care there? In the US I hear a lot about how socialized (is it all socialized in Canada?) is nice b/c it is affordable, and you have luxuries like 12 months maternity leave, but waiting lists for surgeries, etc. can take months. In the US it is easy but expensive by contrast. My friend recommended her OBGYN to me, I called and they set me up as soon as it was time for me to come in. Just like that. There are 8 drs in the practice and whoever is on call when I deliver will deliver so I can choose to see my refular OB or any one of the 8 at any appointment. I'm just curious to see the differences.0
-
Better_Balance_2 - yeah in Canada it is a Public Health Care system, like in Alberta where I'm from I have an Alberta Health Card and everything is pretty much taken care of $ wise aside from prescriptions etc. but that is generally covered by your health plan at work. Maternity leave is great here, you get 1 year off - but you are on employment insurance through the government and usually get paid just less than half of your normal salary - which is scary but it's worth it because your job is protected during that time and you can return to work at the same pay as you left once the year is up.
As for waiting lists it can be ridiculous here, that is one of the major drawbacks, there are more and more private clinics emerging because people are sick of waiting. I used a private clinic in Vancouver last year to see a specialist when I received some startling news from my family Doctor about my uterus potentially being bicornute or having a septum and was told I had to wait 9 months before I could see a gyno here in the city that I live. So I flew to Vancouver and paid $500 to see a gyno there - I didn't get any procedures done there because the surgery was too expensive for me there but I did get to talk to an expert and plan my next steps and get some piece of mind. It's also really hard for people to find even GP's here there are wait lists for everything, generally though when you are pregnant and need a obgyn you're bumped to the top of the list and should get someone quite quickly.
I guess there's pros and cons to each!0 -
nkster781 - I am the exact same as you, everyone keeps telling me that I am tiny, but I have gained 30lbs. All of it has been in my but & thighs & boobs. Hoping not to gain anymore than 35lbs. total, keeping my fingers crossed.
Stephfilako - I was the same way my first tri-mester. I had to eat every 2 hours to keep from being sick. It finally wore off, a little ways into my second tri-mester.
Kristy - Praying that Eric won't have to leave you, that would be awful.
atomdraco - It will be really cool having cousins so close in age!!
Ashley - Sorry to hear about you OB troubles. Hopefully you'll find a good one soon.
I think I have lost my mind! LOL!! My Daughter(oldest child) turned 7 today, and she is having a sleepover with five 7 yro. girls. I hope I survive this night!! I am used to my 3 boys and only 1 girl. 5 girls together is ablsolutely nuts!! Crazy busy weekend, so I may not get to log all I eat, but trying really hard to keep drinking water. Everyone have a Great weekend!!!0
