There used to be a couple folks I did river trips with that would often have something for the appetizer for their cook night that was a triscuit cracker with a squirt of Easy Cheese topped with a smoked oyster. They called 'em "Screaming Dead Babies," but I don't know why. After a full day on the water, we ate 'em up. I would never make them at home. I haven't seen them on a river for a while, either. Even back when I could get on a river. Seems like a long time because.... I hear there's something going around.0 -
