Mini goal: to complete a 90 day transformation challenge I’m setting for myself this week.11
-
To get down to 12st 13lbs and increase my protein intake. I've ordered some vegan protein powder to make it easier and speedier.7

I want to start running again, but I don't want to do it until I weigh a bit less so it doesn't put as much strain on my joints. I am 15 pounds away from there as of this morning and I hope to hit it by my birthday in April.10

Seeing my abs for the first time in my life, so very nearly there!16

Well I have two goals, one "mini" goal is my son's wedding in May. I'd like to lose 15 by then and then by January 13th next year I'd like to be down a total of 30 by my 50th birthday.15

My mini goal is to log every day in January. So far, so good. I have only lost a little, but feel less puffy already and my skin always gets better when I get back to logging and eating better. I was good during the first part of covid lockdowns, but got lazy in the fall and puffed up.

Fitting in my old jeans13

Fitting in size 14 jeans/pants consistently. (We all know how different brands are not the same.) 16s are getting loose but I’m not there yet.13
-
To fit comfortably in my jeans before I visit my sister in Cali!11

Haha! As of this morning I’m 92.6 and one of the pairs of jeans fit. I’m thrilled. A weight below 91kgs would be 10% of my weight lost, so that and fitting into my blue jeans is my next goal 😊☺️😊
Well I wore the blue jeans to work this week so I guess that is that goal conquered. Still working on losing 10% of my starting weight. Hopefully in the next week or two.

Every 5 pound increment I pass by. Oh ya and the reduction of pain in my knee and winning this months prize in the fat-boy weight challenge. If you look the are so many mini goals that can help drive your motivation and ambition if you stay on course.8

Signed up for my first powerlifting meet in 30 YEARS! Yup, I'll be competing in the geriatric division, but so what?! With minimal expectations, I just wanna "belt up" with the youngsters and see if it's as much fun/stress/taxing as it was when I was in my thirties. Wish me luck, it's in May, so I have a few months to hone my training for lower reps and heavier weights.20

Just to get through this weekend of hot weather without going way over KJ's
Saturday: done
Sunday: fighting!5 -
Getting back into the 200s in a few pounds. COVID was not kind to me.12

It seems small but it’s huge to me. I’m .4 lbs away from being in the 120’s again. It has taken me MANY MONTHS to lose even a little bit of weight. I typically lose around 2 lbs a month, and then sometimes nothing. When weight fluctuates daily as much as that and more, it’s incredibly hard to see the progress. But I was tired of giving up! I wanted to see what happened if I didn’t, no matter what.
After I reach this goal, my next will be another 3 lbs. Seems to be the magic number for me.16 -
I’m .2 pounds from reaching my ultimate goal weight! It’s taken me 2 years to lose 25 pounds.24

Big win today- weighed in at 128 🤯 So excited! I met my Jan goal! know it’s going to go up again, but I’ll keep my eye in it and keep pushing forward.17 -
I'm not allowing myself to color my hair (and cover my gray) until I hit 10 pounds down. I am vain enough that this is a great motivator, currently. Hah.21

My other mini goal has been hitting 12,000 steps every day along with closing all my rings on my Apple Watch and no late night snacking!
It's been a slow slog, but I'm now only 3 pounds away from my mini goal of getting under 150! I've been tackling my other goals with about 80% success on the 12,000 steps and no late night snacking, 100% on closing all my rings though!14 -

All you girls (and guys) ROCK!!!
My mini goal is to hit the 100's. I started this journey at 234 in Nov and I was 206.4 this morning! I'm 49, and I haven't been under 200 in probably 37 years!!!! I'm hoping to be 199 or lower in early February17 -
My mini-goal is also a huge goal. After being on this weight loss journey for 18 months, starting at a BMI of 34, I've finally had weigh-ins at a normal BMI:
The mini-goal is to get my weight trend under that line and consistently have weigh-ins under that line as well. Only then will I truly consider myself to no longer be overweight26 -

That's fantastic, Lietchi: what an achievement!

I hit my goal weight briefly (= in one weigh-in) over Christmas, but am back up a bit (1.5-2 kg) again, with my trend at around 1 kg above where I would like it to be. So my (mini-)goal is to tackle that 1 kg. It's proving pretty stubborn so I am going to give myself until Easter. On the plus side, I am within my maintenance range, just in the top half, and I would like my trend to be averaging around my goal weight instead of goal weight + 1 kg.15

Get to a healthy bmi. It's only 4 kg now... then it will be for vanity : )14

my pants are pulling across the hips and butt (and therefore being pulled down)
back to 228. this morning I was 230.29 -
I’m losing weight steadily, but slowly, twenty five lbs since August 19th.
I’ve lost more quickly before then put it all back on plus a few more. So I know it’s better to be slow and steady. Still, I would like to get out of the 190s. Yesterday, I was 191.8, and I haven’t been drinking nearly enough water, so I do have hope I will be there soon.15
