Just joining so I guess I need to play catch up huh LOL. I have done 4 spin classes for the month so far @ 50 mins apiece, so I am in for 200 mins for month so far. Just started exercising the last week in Aug, not sure if I will make it to 1000 but will definitely give it a try

Sept. 4th: Walked for 1 hour
Sept. 5th: Did jumping jacks for 3 minutes
Sept. 7th: Walked for 13 minutes
Sept. 8th: Did jumping jacks and sit ups for 9 minutes, Walked for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Sept. 9th: 3 minutes of sit ups, 3 minutes of jumping jacks

Saturday September 10th: I did the same walk today as I did on Sun. Sept. 4th, which was 6 days ago, to see if I could improve my endurance, push myself, achieve a faster speed, & walk the same circuit in less time. Last time it took my hubby and I one hour with an average speed of 5.5 kph (3.42 mph) & this time it took us 55 minutes and 59 seconds & we walked an average speed of 6.0 kph (3.7 mph). So, I beat my record which means I increased my endurance. I beat my time by 4 minutes and 1 second and I increased my average speed by 0.5 kph!!!!! :)
