A day of leftovers ...
Breakfast: espresso with 1/2 tsp of maple syrup
Brunch: red lentil salad (w/feta, tomatoes, cilantro), coppa, salami, prosciuitto
Dinner: potato/kale soup w/bacon, kale, potatoes, onions & protein greens, 2 mandarines
Snack: cashews4 -
Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
Snack: Banana and a protein bar
Lunch: Quinoa bowl with baked chicken, roasted sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts, kale, and dijon vinegrette
Snack: Small chocolate/mint/brownie ice cream from Coldstone
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak wrap with onions, mushrooms, and peppers inside. Side of Ruffles.4 -
Breakfast: Eggs, sausage, mushrooms, beans, and toast
Lunch: Ham and swiss sliders, carrots and cherry tomatoes with ranch
Snack: None
Dinner: Beef and mushroom stroganoff
Snack: Peanut butter crackers and hot chocolate2 -
Breakfast: Special K red berries w/ almond milk, coffee.
Lunch: split peas made with extra carrot & onion, small wedge of gin & rhubarb cheese and a smoothie made from bananas, strawberries, hemp protein powder & almond milk.
Dinner: tofu stir fry w/ lemongrass and spicy sauce, lots of veggies.
2 homemade "pineapple upside down" baked donuts w/ a cherry in the center of each. Coffee or tea, probably.3 -

Breakfast: everything bagel with olive cream cheese and sliced tomato. Cucumber on the side.
Late lunch: vegetarian shepherd’s pie
Snacks: half Quest s’mores bar, four ginger chews, some TJs baked cheese crunchies
And: cups of tea and one coffee with oat milk, tracked 1/2 cup2 -
Breakfast: 3! espresso with 1/2 tsp of maple syrup each
Brunch: Coppa, Salami, prosciutto, provolone & blue diamond nut thins
Dinner: beef patty, black beans w/onion & cilantro, squash medley: zucchini, yellow squash, onion, tomato sautéed in olive oil
Snack: last of the kale soup, Kind bar: Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew3 -
Breakfast: Eggs, sausage, toast
Lunch: Chicken nuggets, fries, and sprite
Snack: None
Dinner: Beef and mushroom stroganoff
Snack: Chocolate chip cookies
Yesterday was a day... been stressful at work.

Breakfast: avocado toast with "everything bagel" seasoning, fried egg w/ hot sauce, coffee.
Lunch: TVP taco salad with shredded lettuce, tons of sauteed peppers & onions and crumbled tortilla chips, salsa & sour cream for dressing. Whole orange.
Dinner: homemade thin crust pizza w/ provolone, marinara, basil, onions, green & black olives and baby bella mushrooms. And a semi-rare for me diet cola...love it w/ pizza!4 -
Breakfast
Oatmeal with pecans and blueberries on top. Unsweetened almond milk mixed in.
Lunch
Large salad with black beans, fire roasted corn, Pico de Gallo and some pineapple salsa on top.
After lunch
A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half
1 banana
Dinner
🤔 a bowl of mixed fruit.

Late lunch: pumpkin soup with olive focaccia
Later: slice of banana bread, four ginger chews, piece of Trader Joe’s dark choc

Lunch: BBQ tofu sliders with greek yogurt based cole slaw and a few doritos

Dinner: Nikumiso (ground pork w/red miso, onion, ginger, garlic, mirin & soy), brown rice, delicata squash (w/butter, miso & ginger), romaine leaves for the Nikumiso
Snack: Kind bar: Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew2 -

Lunch: Frozen beef and bean burrito, sour cream, tortilla chips, street corn dip
Snack: None
Dinner: Homemade flat bread pizza with mushrooms, red onion, bell pepper, banana peppers, and mozzarella cheese
Snack: Hot chocolate, rice krispy treat1 -
Breakfast: chocolate chia pudding with unsweetened shredded coconut, coffee.
Lunch: salmon cakes w/ drizzle of Sriracha mayo, steamed broccoli.
Dinner: The menu at the dinner theatre I'm attending is pulled pork, baked beans, salad, roll & peach cobbler. I have a feeling I'll leave behind the beans and roll but enjoy the rest!3 -

Oatmeal with blueberries and pecan halves. Unsweetened almond milk and cinnamon mixed into oatmeal..VERY cold here today. A cup of coffee with Splenda and half and half.
Lunch
Ran alot of errands today so I was starving when I got home. I had a sweet potato the size of my head with butter and cinnamon sugar. Fast and tasty
