Snack - M&Ms
Lunch - Egg burrito (black beans, corn, spinach, goat cheese, greek yogurt, and & yellow bird habanero sauce)
Dinner - Sausages with apples, onions, baby potatoes, and carrots
Snack - Not a clue as my snack supply is super low2 -
Breakfast- latte
Brunch - sautéed spinach, asparagus, mushroom, bell peppers with over easy eggs, and a clementine
Tea - Latte, chips & nuts
Supper- citrus salad with pistachios and pomegranate molasses 😊, lentil soup, mfp shawarma chickpea bowl
Dessert- leftover slices from the citrus salad 😊 and peppermint tea3 -
Yesterday ... completely went off tilt:
Breakfast: espresso with 1 tsp turbinado sugar
Brunch: leftover chicken legs, maple almond buter clif nut butter bar
Happy Hour (mexican restaurant): chips & guac, queso fundido & more chips, green chili crisp, taquitos & negro modelo beer
Snack: cocktail
Today:
Breakfast: espresso with 1 tsp turbinado sugar
Brunch: So Delicious Vanilla coconut yogurt w/gluten free muesli
Dinner (sushi takeout): sashimi salad, 2 nigiri seared albacore, nigori sake

Lunch: Spicy tuna sushi roll and an egg roll

Dinner: Maple glazed salmon and a sweet potato

Breakfast - crepes filled with vanilla Greek yogurt and topped with strawberries (cooked down), coffee.
Lunch - avocado toast w/ bagel seasoning, boiled egg, more coffee, 2 chocolates.
Dinner - tofu stir fry with brown rice & all the veggies. Glass of red wine.2 -
Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, 2 homemade red velvet crinkle cookies
Lunch: Sushi date - gyoza, miso soup, 2 spring rolls, and 1 and a quarter specialty sushi rolls
Snack: Coffee with milk and sugar
Dinner: Leftover sushi if it's still good else a salad with cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes, berry vanilla protein shake
Planning on leg day + cardio tonight to offset some of these calories!

My mom is settled and now I'm coordinating home health, physical therapy and occupational therapy. She's entitled to 10 visits from everyone to start and based on their evaluations they can add more visits. Mason's knee adjustment went well and he's beginning to feel like his old little self🐶!!!

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with kale, tomato, onion, and parmesan on a bagel thin with a Morningstar breakfast sausage
Snack: Coffee with creamer, later on a berry protein shake
Lunch: Homemade pork fried rice loaded with peas, carrots, and peppers
Snack: Tuna pouch and 6 triscuits
Dinner: 1/2 batch dark chocolate Kodiak pancakes with pb2 and a banana, likely a cup of tea
Dessert: Potentially 2 leftover red velvet crinkle cookies2 -

Tofu and mushroom stroganoff (Isa Does it cookbook)
Vega chocolate protein shake

Lunch: A vaguely taco salad of leftovers: romaine lettuce, ground beef, mexican rice, salad dressing made of adobo sauce + buttermilk +olive oil.
Dinner: Nachos with leftovers (ground beef and mexican rice again). Celery with feta, cara cara orange.
Dessert: Blueberry muffin hot out of the oven2 -

Another cup coffee with Splenda and half and half. Felt low energy and needed an extra boost after coming home from my mom's house.
Lunch
Same as yesterday. Large salad with carrots, celery,mushrooms, diced red onion, garbanzo beans, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and today I added some beets. Side of Stacy's naked pita chips and some Tribe Everything hummus. Large ice water (trying to drink more water)

Thinking a fruit salad with cottage cheese.
