I know we suppose to log this weekly,
but I'm trying to hold myself accountable as possible by logging on daily bases.
Sometimes it will be water loss, other will be fat,
I'm motivated as long as the scale is moving backwards

I did a Whole30 in Jan of this year and lost almost 7 lbs. Gained a few back when I added carbs and alcohol back in February. The thing is, I don't want to let it get out of hand. I'm hypothyroid and take another med that makes me gain weight, so I really have to stay on top of this. I will be thrilled if I can reach this GW.2 -

I'd love to join as well! My birthday is this month and I didn't take great care of myself last year so I'm looking to feel better! I'm not as worried about the number in the scale (but have some work to do) but I'd like to decrease body fat...not sure what that looks like in 3 months...

I'm in! I lost 50 lbs about 20 years ago and regained that plus 20 more over time. Then in 2019, I lost 40 lbs. I regained that over the last year (COVID sucks!). I restarted again last week and had a very disappointing .4 lb loss for the first week. I need motivation to keep going.

--exercise 4+ days per week
--track all food at least 5 days per week (hopefully within my calorie limit)
--stop eating when I'm full

Weighing Thursdays
I return to work in April- long shifts - so very apprehensive about maintaining consistency and not stress eating/ wanting more sugar, carbs and wine from lack of time and sleep. I tend to ‘reward’ myself with eating out, quick fix meals despite having beautiful food in my fridge. It’s also a HUGE challenge to keep hydrated at work.😓
I haven’t been below 170lbs since 2013!! I really want to keep going with this as I’m feeling so good and proud of myself.
