I'd love to jump in here! Just turned 43..... recently quit drinking and smoking to get super healthy like I used to be!!
I lift weights, recently purchased a peloton bike and ride horses. My goal is to become super healthy and well hopefully lose 10 or 15 pounds along the way!!

Body: Workout 120 times in 2021 (only got 97 last year)
Heart: Have 12 date nights with my wife (in addition to Valentine's, Anniversary and her birthday)
Mind: Finish edits on second novel and submit to a publisher
To date, my progress:
Day: 118/365

Mind: 5% complete
Since last post, I have done:
Moderate (3x10) Chest, shoulders and tris
Heavy (5x5) Back, bis
Moderate (4x10) Squats
Heavy (5x5) Chest, shoulders and tris
Date night with wife, another planned.

Cutting while still getting them gains seems like an impossible challenge!!!
I'm trying to get summer time / pool time ready. Any suggestions?

41 here just coming back. On day 13. Looking for kind, no judgment, encouraging friends. I have 90 more pounds to lose. I'm not great at keeping up in the forums. Oh and I'm working on 30 days free from alcohol I'm on day 12.0

I have sent in my subscription to this club for the 2022 intake. I am 1.2kg away from my initial goal weight. I might reassess how I feel, and lower my goal weight to 55kg, which is 4.2kg away.0

For the reverse lunges...just the bar, LOL...and suffered!
Got all 128 steps done for walking lunges, but went from monster to regular, to regular with a toe tap...back to monster! I used the front part of the garage (rear part is the gym) and just did laps until done.
Now...those stairs to get back in the house!0 -
