Hey all! I sent in my totals to athenawho, but also wanted to let you all know how I did this week.

30/30 BURPEES (To Look On The High & Low Shelves)

500/500 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (To Climb Back Out Of The Bunker)

331.6/400oz OF WATER (Because you found food and water)

3/3 COMMUNICATE WITH 3 TEAMMATES VIA PERSONAL MESSAGE (Because you have to get the radio communication working)

I didn't finish my water intake. Was at a cooking competition for two days and that really blew it when it came to staying hydrated properly. I've got another comp this Friday-Saturday, but I'm going to try and stay much better when it comes to food/water choices.

Hope you all have had a great week! Looking forward to next week's challenges.

Can't wait to start on this challenge. I have p90x and martial arts experience so if I can work out every day I should be able to post up some big numbers for the team this week. Good luck to everyone :)

Does anyone have any advice on the ninja tucks? I can't seem to do any other than sit up into the squat, can't get the jump in.

ETA: Ah just re-read the instructions, it's get up then do the jump tuck. This i can do.

We did great! This week's challenge is ours!
I'm done working out for the day.

    1/ 10 Ninja Tuck Jumps

5/ 25 Supermans (At least 15 seconds each…but challenge yourself to go longer!)

0/75 Punch Combinations (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut = 1 Combo)

    100/100 TaeBo Kicks

    5/10 Ninja Tuck Jumps

6/25 Supermans (All done for 20 seconds each)

25/75 Punch Combinations (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut = 1 Combo)

    30/100 TaeBo Kicks

I really like the Ninja Tuck Jumps. They make me feel really powerful when I do them. I'm sure my form is crap, but I like the fast upward motion it requires.

Hope everyone is doing well today!

Ninja tuck jumps - totally laughing about an old memory of a 16 year old boy trying to impress (a then 16 year old) me by doing these, in cowboy boots no less!

OMG...the ninja tuck jumps are super difficult for me. It only took about 15 tries for me to do something that resembled what I saw on you tube today (for my 1st one). Then my 6-year old looks at the video once and does it perfectly. ERRRGH!

    2 tucks, 4 supers, 12 punches, 16 kicks

cdomoe: I've been counting each leg as 1 since that's what Billy does in the video.
