    20 MOS of circuit training both today and yesterday.

    Sept. 4th: Walked for 1 hour
    Sept. 5th: Did jumping jacks for 3 minutes
    Sept. 7th: Walked for 13 minutes
    Sept. 8th: Did jumping jacks and sit ups for 9 minutes, Walked for 1 hour and 20 minutes
    Sept. 9th: 3 minutes of sit ups, 3 minutes of jumping jacks
    Sept. 10th: Walked for 55 minutes

    Monday September 12th: Walked for 31 minutes in the morning. In the late afternoon/early evening, I did 17 minutes of the following exercises: rope jumping (without a rope!), jogging on the spot, stairs (in my house), jumping jacks, and sit ups.

    9/8~ 8 minutes if jogging 6 mph(.75 mile)
    9/10~ 31 minutes of jogging in a 5k,
    120 minutes of walking at the Popcorn festival
    9/11~ 120 minutes cleaning vigorously.(forgot about this, was probably longer than this.)
    9/12~ 43 minutes of jogging and walking

    In the evening, did 9 minutes of Wii Tennis then did 6 minutes of Wii Baseball.
    Total Time Today: 63 minutes

    Also did other exercise this week but didn't log it as felt it was a part of my day (e.g., walking the mall, walking from restaurant to a friend's place at a brisk pace, walking around fall fair). I know if I had logged my "daily/regular exercise" I would be closer to the 500/1000 minutes for the half way point of the challenge this week but I didn't log my day to day exercise so now I really have to push myself the next few days to do a ton of exercise to accomplish 500 minutes and I guess the benefit will be the many calories I burn as I push myself to REALLY step it up.

    9/12 : 30 min. strength + 10 min. elliptical + 10 min. run = 50 min.
