    Boyfriend bought lots of sweets / cakes at shop.

    It's easier to just blame him for buying them....but he didn't force me to eat I guess. It can be so hard to resist sweet treats when they are put in front of you grrrr.

    I better do plenty walking tomorrow! 🚶🏼‍♀️

    Fast for a 5 hours with drinking lots of water that also should help.
