            I did this one and loved it! I love when a video has recognizable music and not generic electronic background beats. This was really fun!  and then this one - the repetition was annoying me so I would do several sets and then FF to the next exercise etc

            Took a dumbbell weight break today and wow this was hard for me! I'd much rather do weights but think I will throw a barre workout in every now & then to change it up and challenge my muscles!

            Caroline posted all 15-20 minute workouts this past week- just what I am needing as my days are getting busier.
 Still sore the next day- I have learned that you can still get a lot done in 20 minutes 💪🏽1

 I love looking through this thread for ideas. I ended up doing this workout and it kicked my butt! I only averaged about 7 reps for every 10 of hers because she was so fast. And I took soooo many breaks, especially during the plank series. But I loved it!1

 I have been getting that unavailable screen for the past 2 days. I put it down to either my old iPhone’s capabilities or being in Canada.
