After 2 people at my gym gained 35 lbs and 50 lbs I decided to weigh every day so I can at least know where I stand. It has worked good for me. No weight gain in 3 years.

Good practice, I weigh daily as well it helps me stay in line with weight loss and my eating and my eventual maintenance . Keep up the good work.🤸‍♀️

I was on vacation and knew there were going to be some local foods I wanted to try that were pretty high-calorie. I wasn't going to try to lose weight during that time, but I didn't want to come back heavier than when I left. What worked for me was sharing those treats with someone else. It worked - I didn't gain any weight!

    That's how it's done!

I pre-logged my day yesterday and today. Intermittent fasting - no food until 12:00 and keep under 800 calories. I know it's low but I make up for it during the rest of the week. Pre-logging helps me stay away from snacks
