    July 5: 157.8 another jog, another water weight loss. Scale will move back up again.
    July 6: 156.4 I'm suspecting (digital) scale is broken. I didn't jog last night, and we're in a little humid heatwave so I need my water 😐

    I was watching Brittany Runs a Marathon on Amazon last night, other than glamorizing the running process (showing lots of gym buddy time, not actual endurance training struggles), the part where she nearly gives up cause the scale went up 4lbs after all that work is soooo relatable! 🤣😂
    Part of me wants to see what will happen if I stop running for a week and just do weights + food tracking.

    I miss weighing in everyday, keeps me in check. I wouldn’t have heard the end of it though if I had brought my scale to the cottage.

    On a good note, I’ve been swimming and paddle boarding everyday.
