    I would love any information you can share about your process.

    Nothing outnof the ordinary. Calorie counting and working out. All kinds of workouts, from zumba to HIIT to yoga to spinning to weights.
    I incorporated intermittent fasting in the past 8 months, which helped me lose the last stubborn 20 lbs or so.

    This is amazing! Well done! Lifting is magical :). Maintenance is actually pretty easy as long as you have not done any extreme diet to drop the lbs. Congrats!
