Housewalking. Anxiety’s been playing me up badly so I settled for just targeting getting up and just doing a bit of pacing back and forth a bit to ensure my steps were higher than they would have been had I done nothing.
Also protein fluff, sugar free jello, frozen grapes, and combining ricecakes and light cheese with tuna/turkey ham for snacks.10 -
Snack chips are my weakness, especially Doritos Organic White Cheddar chips. My victory? Only eating one serving instead of half the bag. Small victories!13

coffee and determination7

What worked for me so far this morning was sweating so much during a 20 minute Yoga session with my trainer. I feel amazing! I don't want to waste such a great start to this day!10

Got up and did a crossfit class and was so glad i was able to finish.10

Totally off topic, but your Profile pic is amazing!
Thank you!!1 -
SAVORY OATMEAL. My world is brighter. Birds are singing. Life is hopeful. SAVORY OATMEAL IS AMAZING.
Okay but really! How did I not know this? You can basically do whatever you'd do for a grain bowl. Today I made cacio e pepe oatmeal (basically oatmeal with salt, pepper, butter and parmesan cheese) AND added a poached egg on top. I only used 4g of butter and 20g of cheese and it had so much flavor!

Putting me first. Last couple of days prepped after work for the next day so my portion sizes won't be over.11

I deleted the majority of food off my food lists and manually entered them, to ensure I would have accurate food entries. Some of them are still wrong, but I picked entries that were a lot closer to being accurate. The main problems were the generic entries like fruit and veges, so I'm going to enter those now.7

Outsmarting myself- I realised that I was subconsciously avoiding hitting a weight target of 150lbs as I had planned to start going to the gym when I got to that point and was nervous about it, so decided to just go to the gym now, even though I'm still 3lbs from goal, that way I can't use it as an excuse anymore. I didn't overthink it, I just went and it wasn't actually that bad!15

I buy snacks in snack size packages. I tend to eat "Just one more" than the serving size because "that chip was small and surely doesn't count as 1" ......but snacks being premeasured actually works for me.9 -
I premade a salad for tomorrows lunch. Was thinking about putting aside some stuff for porridge and a protein shake for breakfast, but that was just a step too far, lols.9

Last night it was two cups of 0-calorie tea10

I worked out and that really helps cut my desire to eat.

I realized I think of myself as a fit person now. I've lost weight before, but part of me still saw myself as fat. I figured if I'm fat anyway, might as well eat garbage food; it won't make any difference. This time, I feel more like a skinny person. I want to exercise and eat good food now! There are some foods I'm not eating in the house right now and I'm not tempted at all. I don't want to do that to my body anymore!11

I feel about the same as the above comment. I dont want to eat all that fattening food any more. My main reason is I like fitting in my clothes. I now realize I dont want to do that damage to my body again. Before I looked at that food as yummy, now I look at it as damaging to me.

Agree and for me it's more and more raw food 💗

What worked for me today was a cup of dessert tea with a dollop of fresh whipped cream on top. It was only 50 calories but it was a delicious after-dinner treat.8
