    Ok, so the last 1.5 weeks have been crazy busy. Been completely out of routine and didn't get a chance to weight in the morning and well there was just no point in the evening. I got a chance today so I'm finishing off this month at 137.6, total loss of 4lbs. Heck, I'll take it. Looking forward to a great October, OMG it's October already.
