Hey everyone, Sorry I haven't been on here regularly with updated posts but I thought that being off I would have plenty of time to work on me but apparently all I think about is running out of money and reject letters after interviews. I will post this weekend on my progress but in sure I'm not going ti be proud of it. Sorry to vent but my mfp friends have been a positive light for me. I look forward to seeing your posts. I hope everyone has an awesome weekend.2

Past week's successes: I sat down and created a menu! Reading Sugar Crush. Got my mom to multiple doctor’s appts, helped my DIL when she had an issue and had to see the OBGYN (due in Dec and my son was out of town), and made it through many many celebrations without drinking during the parties over the weekend.

The weight goes on so quick and comes off so slowly! I was down to 201.1 earlier this summer and I'm just losing the battle mentally and physically. I'm still here though registering my Monday weekly weigh-ins which means I've not really given up.
I'm really thankful for this weekly post and the view for the entire year ... it gives me something to reflect and steer my actions.
TODAY I begin to get off the 6+ pounds I gained in Oct and Nov.

Past week's successes: Back into my exercise routine and went to see the doctor about my coughing and fatigue. Oh and finally grocery shopped and got some veggies in the house again.
This week's challenges: Christmas Parties! I have 5 this week where the desserts, appetizers (my favorite thing in the world) and drinks will be flowing. I need to remember to focus on the people in the other room away from the food and to drink water instead of wine all the time.

The year has been busy, stressful and disruptive. My running has suffered and I've struggled with diet. I am still running a half marathon n Jan 2 to kick off 2022 on a positive foot.
