    Hi Jill, thanks for starting this challenge! I also fight logging food, too, but have found that this is the most efficient and useful way for me to lose weight. So here I am :)

    Hi everyone!
    I’d like to join this challenge! I am down 14 lbs this year but would like to lose 15 lbs by the end of January. For November, I am hoping to lose 6 lbs. So excited to start this!

    Goals for November: minimum 45 mins exercise per day, lose 6lbs, log food and weight
    Highest weight: 150 lbs

    Hello 👋
    I’m Sarah, 44 years old and currently around the lowest I’ve ever got to as an adult. Got here a few years ago and for some reason, stopped bothering and the scale gradually went above 200lbs again. Been logging since mid may and plan on doing so indefinitely.

    Nov/Dec is full of birthdays etc and always ends up with my sticking my head in the sand and getting completely derailed. If I focus on maintaining this year through to January, I’m hoping this will mean I keep in the right headspace and kick off 2022 strong.

    Highest Weight: 202.7 (in may 21 but was probably 240-250lbs in my 20s)

    November 2 90.1 / 198.6 lbs / very happy with this drop, since I overindulged with sushi and wine on the weekend. On the other hand I am not sure that my weight tracking is consistent enough. On the weekends I use a different scale (since I am not at home during the week because of work) and I am pretty sure that the "weekend scale" records a bit more than the "week scale" hahah :smiley: does this make sense? Anyway, I am focusing on the overall trend and I am excited to see how this month is going to turn out.

    November 2 - 83.5kg, what scale trickery is this? I do not know, surely it will pop back up again but I kinda hope not.
    Hubby had a crappy night last night so operating on very little sleep today. The heat is coming in so I think I shall just concentrate on my diary and not stress to much about steps

    I’m Marsha. I’m 54 years old, 5’9” tall and my first goal is to get under 200 pounds. My ultimate and hopefully maintainable goal is 175 pounds….

    Highest weight: 298 - I've never admitted this anywhere, even my MFP profile shows a much lower weight
    Starting Weight: 205 - I have gotten under 200 but haven't been able to maintain it.

    'Flash' everything in my news feed before I eat it for accountability, logging isn't having the same effect. Honestly I don't look at anyones food logs, who has that kind of time?!?

    Hello everyone. So I am in again. I had a crazy October. My weight chart looked like a volatile stock. Crazy peaks and valleys. I love how Jill can show her weight graph. Once I figure on how to do it, I will share. I am 61 married Nana. I spent yesterday baking and I stuck to my calories and lost some weight. Go figure. My goal is to get to 179 lbs by December. Thanks for all members support. It does make a difference.
