    Yesterday-
    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
    Snack: A few fritos
    Lunch: 2 bowls of green chicken chili topped with cilantro, 1 bowl of regularish chili, 2 slices of cornbread, 2 white claws
    Snacks: Coffee, a slice of carrot cake, a Smirnoff wine cooler
    Dinner: Way too full to eat anything else!

    Today-
    Breakfast: A grande pumpkin spice latte, 2 slices of pumpkin bread
    Snack: A small amount of leftover lentil curry
    Lunch: Leftover green chicken chili with a slice of jalapeno cornbread
    Dinner: Either beef and broccoli over a little rice or spinach and sausage gnocchi

    Dinner: chickpea pasta, tomato sauce, ground turkey, carrots, broccoli, garlic

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer. Greek yogurt topped with strawberries and granola.
    Lunch: Big Mac inspired salad bowl.
    Dinner: Vegetable soup and grilled cheese sandwich.
    Snacks: Pineapple, blueberry, strawberry, and spinach smoothie. Reese's Piece's cookie. Glass of red wine.

    Breakfast - steel cut oats with cinnamon & raisins, coffee.

    Lunch - fettucine with ham, peas & a homemade garlic sauce. Bartlett pear.

    Dinner - ham sandwich w/ lettuce, pickles & onion, spicy baked fries, and several pieces of Halloween candy I'm sure.

    Dinner: scallops, halibut, Chilean sea bass, bacon & Brussels sprouts, chopped salad
    Snack: premium eggnog w/spiced rum (no more eggnog until December!)

    Dinner: egg, cheese and vegtables on a toasted brioche bun.

    Snacks: orange, kiwi, carrots and hummus

    Lunch: Spinach stuffed shells with turkey tomato sauce, hot lemon ginger tea
    Snack: Protein shake with raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries
    Dinner: Spinach and sausage gnocchi
    Dessert: Likely a slice or two of homemade pumpkin bread

    L- egg salad and baked bbq chips
    S- nonfat greek yogurt with pudding mix, reddi whip, and sprinkles
    D- baked potato with chicken breast and cheese on top and more chicken breast on a bun with cheese, and baked beans
    S- 2 small brownies

    Workouts: sydney cummings 30 minute fullbody workout and a walk with the kiddos 🍁

    Dinner: home made taco salad with ground turkey and black beans

    Breakfast: cheesy tortilla, coffee
    Lunch: poke bowl with tuna, tofu, rice noodles, cucumbers, carrots and edamame
    Snack: pecan sandies cookies
    Dinner: rice and tofu stir fried with carrots, peppers, broccoli.

    Breakfast - fried egg, toaster waffle, coffee & orange slices. Iced green tea from Starbucks.
    Lunch - TVP taco salad.
    Dinner - Italian takeout chicken pasta w/ vodka sauce, homemade eclairs (to die for!) & Cuban coffee.

    Morning, before workout: BCAA
    After workout: Bulletproof Matcha Latte
    Breakfast: High protein tortilla wrap with two eggs and smoked salmon + cooked beets
    Snacks: blackberries + pumpkin seeds
    Dinner: cauliflower rice with snap peas and prawns + sauerkraut

    My main goal is to lose weight so I'm limiting my calorie intake.
