    Snack: dried apricots, So delicious salted caramel non-dairy bar

    Lunch: Spinach stuffed shells with turkey tomato sauce
    Snack: Protein shake with raspberries and blueberries
    Dinner: Beef and broccoli over jasmine rice
    Dessert: A slice of homemade pumpkin chocolate chip bread and tea

    Breakfast: Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, banana, and coffee with creamer.
    Lunch: Quinoa & farro with chicken sausage, salsa, cheese, and sour cream
    Dinner: Teriyaki vegetable stir-fry with ahi tuna.
    Snacks: Fruit & spinach smoothie, greek yogurt with granola and strawberries, and a Reece's Pieces cookie.

    Breakfast: spinach feta egg white wrap, coffee
    Snack: handful of curry cashews
    Lunch: big kale romaine carrot edamame tofu salad topped with crunchy noodles and spicy peanut dressing
    Snack: rice cake, laughing cow cheese, chicken strip
    Dinner: home made taco salad with ground turkey and black beans


    Today
    Breakfast: cheesy tortilla, coffee
    Lunch: poke bowl with tuna, tofu, rice noodles, cucumbers, carrots and edamame
    Snack: pecan sandies cookies
    Dinner: rice and tofu stir fried with carrots, peppers, broccoli.

    Yesterday
    Breakfast - steel cut oats w/ cinnamon & raisins, coffee.
    Lunch - hot dog w/ mustard & sauerkraut.
    Dinner - miso soup, salad, bento dinner w/ gyoza, sushi, edamame & fruit.

    Today (45th birthday!)
    Breakfast - fried egg, toaster waffle, coffee & orange slices. Iced green tea from Starbucks.
    Lunch - TVP taco salad.
    Dinner - Italian takeout chicken pasta w/ vodka sauce, homemade eclairs (to die for!) & Cuban coffee.

    Morning, before workout: BCAA
    After workout: Bulletproof Matcha Latte
    Breakfast: High protein tortilla wrap with two eggs and smoked salmon + cooked beets
    Snacks: blackberries + pumpkin seeds
    Dinner: cauliflower rice with snap peas and prawns + sauerkraut

    My main goal is to lose weight so I'm limiting my calorie intake.

    breakfast 1/2 thomas everything bagel with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
    1 cup of strawberry kiwi juice and one cup coffee with creamer

    lunch
    1 aldi brioche bun
    1 tsp miracle whip
    3slices very thin turkey breast about 2 ounces

    Ate one green onion. I picked the last three last night before frost
    one tiny green pepper and some chives also picked fresh last night

    spinach leaves

    1 bag pop chips barbecue ( good try them 100 calories a bag)

    Thats it till dinner

    Dinner: Honey chipotle salmon, broccoli, and pumpkin sage ravioli in alfredo sauce.
    Snacks: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Larabar, apple with caramel-chocolate-pretzel peanut butter, and a bowl of frozen fruit.

    Breakfast - oatmeal w/ peanut butter & mixed berry preserves, coffee.
    Lunch - veggie sausage & mushroom omelet, coffee.
    Dinner - tamale casserole w/ lots of zucchini & black beans, dollop of sour cream & guacamole on top. Diet cola. Snack - a few raspberries, chocolate chips & mini marshmallows, cherry blossom tea.

    Lunch: Roasted sweet potato cubes tossed in Nashville hot sauce, with ranch. Chicken andouille sausage.
    Dinner: Egg scramble with bacon, spinach, and cheese. Toast.
    Snacks: Larabar, cucumber and mini peppers with hummus, frozen fruit, chocolate covered espresso beans.

    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer, homemade apple cider donut
    Lunch: 1 egg scrambled with turkey sausage, fajita veggies, salsa, and cheese
    Snack: 1/2 an apple cider donut (this one came out in the shape of a heart somehow so my SO and I split it! :) )
    Dinner: 3 pork gyoza, a bowl of beef ramen out
    Snack: Mug of peppermint tea

    Today-
    Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
    Lunch: Leftover spinach sauce over protein noodles, likely with shrimp added
    Snack: Built bar, homemade apple cider donut, potentially another coffee
    Dinner: Italian chicken with roasted cherry tomatoes and green beans over couscous
    Dessert: Either a small mug of hot chocolate or warmed apple cider
