    Nov 1: 151.4 -Really excited to be back in the 140's soon! Have a great month everyone!
    Nov 8: 150.6 - more importantly, my workouts are getting easier and I'm feeling stronger/healthier. I'm stressed to the max with school and work right now, but still doing fairly good and making healthy eating choices.
    Nov 15: 150.4- wishing for more movement than this but oh well. One Thanksgiving dinner down without a gain. I'll call that a win!

    Nov 29: 150.4 - need to get back on track. Haven't been very good but also not completely terrible. I am looking forward to my schedule opening up and making some movement between now and Xmas! 😄

    November loss: 2.6kg 😀.

    I’m feeling very happy with my progress this month. I’ve been maintaining for a long while now, whilst ‘trying’ to lose. In reality I hadn’t been sticking to my calories and this month shows that it does work - you just have to actually stick to it consistently!

    Happy with the month’s results, didn’t miss a lifting workout and seemed to gain a little muscle while maintaining fat mass. Changed scale on Nov 15 weigh-in, looking forward to December’s challenge. Less focused on weight going forward and less anxiety; and more focused on other measurements.

    November goal - 149.9
    Ultimate goal - Range between 147 - 153

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    Total loss for November 1.5 pounds. That's less than a half pound a week, but it's consistently down, very VERY slowly for the last fiver months. Getting slowly closer back to goal and maintenance.

    Nov 01…..…..189.4…..(Trend Weight: 187.7)….. Pizza, Candy and all those spooky things on Halloween which I should have avoided. No excuses. Moving forward in a better way!


    Nov 03…..…..189.0…..(Trend Weight: 187.9)….. Good news from Pathology. No sign of cancer and the surgery appears successful as they reached their desired margins. Today is a good day. Time to start celebrating by being better to myself!

    Nov 10…..…..189.6…..(Trend Weight: 188.6)…..Off the rails since I found out I needed surgery. All is well now with that but I’m still bingeing and eating out of control, especially at night. The madness must stop!

I’ve recently been informed that my brother is dying with end stage cirrhosis of the Liver. He has been an alcoholic most of his life. He is 54. Me losing control helps no one. I’ve got to get myself, my emotions, my physical needs in order. Many people need me. I started injection diabetic medication today to go with my pills. Hopefully that helps my glucose numbers which are running over 400 right now. Please Pray for Jeff in Michigan.
