Hi! My name is Nicole and I'm 23. I'm new to My Fitness Pal (joined late November). I'm a college student at home, so my life is extremely sedentary, and it has been ever since I stopped going on the playgrounds as a kid since I was homeschooled even before the pandemic. Therefore, I will try hard this month to create a habit of exercising in some way everyday. Next month, I'll be more strict about the type of exercise. But for now, I want to just make it easy since I've failed at trying to make it a habit before.

Name's Tess, and this is me starting over my MFP. Lost the old account, made a new one. I'm soon to be 28 and have gained back 2/3rds of the weight I lost and that ends now. I refuse to let myself get back to my highest weight or beyond.
