I’m back after a long time away. The doctor just told me I have diabetes, high cholesterol and my blood pressure medicine needs to be increased. So I really need to stick with this and make it work this time ☺️

I used this system very successfully last year and was just recommending it to someone yesterday, so I thought I should come back to it too!
I lost weight well during the various lockdowns, but last summer I overdid the eating and haven’t lost that regained weight yet.
My aim at the moment is not to weigh more than I did a year ago, so that by August I’m at least back to where I was at my lightest.
As you can tell by the small goal, I’m in no rush. My plan is to maintain a 200kcal daily deficit against my FitBit calories.
