Good morning All, can someone please tell this newbie how to add onto the original post for each week to input the weight. I know most of the loss was water weight but I'll take it!! Getting a spot cleared in the rec room to excercise, have been drinking way more water but I am HUNGRY..... I think it took me a month or two the last time I lost weight to loose the feeling of always being hungry and looking for snacks. Anyone else feel this way?14 -

I was aiming for 124.0 this week, but I went over my calories a lot this week, so the loss was only 0.4. That's one goal not met. But I did exercise more than I'd planned, so that's one goal surpassed. It's amazing how good it feels to actually get off my butt. I got some cheap fitness tracker from Walmart, and finally started using it to track my workouts today even though I started exercising earlier this week. Watching the calories burned go up was really fun, so I did two workouts instead of one. It's too soon to see progress, but I feel like running around or doing other physical activity is already much easier from the workouts. π
