I've officially lost that holiday weight ๐Whenever I get to 185 I usually stay stuck or gain. So I'm going to continue what I'm doing and see if I can get to 183 by February now. ๐13 -

As I mentioned I think the original loss was water weight and it's back with a vegence! Super bloated today. Still on the downward from the beginning of the month so I'll take it! Still have 3 weeks to drop 5 lbs so I feel I'm on track. Goal this week is to cut the salt back!9 -

Jan 7: 262.6. Think most of this loss is water from hormones and holiday salt/carbs. I also decided to take a hiatus from alcohol for a little while to cut out the unnecessary empty calories. Tomorrow is gameday, so it will be the first big challenge to the hiatusโฆ
Jan 15: 261.0. I was 262.1 yesterday, which is probably closer to accurate. I spent all day yesterday in bed sick unable to hold anything down. Feeling better today, though.

Jan 8: 265.3 I think my 1/1 wt was incorrect but no worries I will own it and move forward. I definately put on some late Dec wt AGAIN, This next week will be about getting focused and back in a groove that will lead to steady wt loss.
Jan 15: 264.9 I am still trying to get things moving and still determined to win. At this point any loss this month will be a success. Alot can happen in two weeks so lets get to it.
