No stove or fridge for 8 days. Itβs finally (almost) done. Today should be the last major day. Iβm hoping more movement and water will help. And better planned meals.

 Jan 15: 261.0. I was 262.1 yesterday, which is probably closer to accurate. I spent all day yesterday in bed sick unable to hold anything down. Feeling better today, though.
