I was anxious and weighed myself a day early.
Okay, so the huge "woosh" of weight this week is from being sick. I expect to drop to a much more sustainable, slower rate next week. But it's kind of nice to see on the scale12 -

RIGHT, Iโm giving myself a swift kick up the bum today! I am going to sign up to a gymโฆ. Been looking into it for a few weeks as never joined one. Purely looking to Do cardio, I know I will not do it myself at home and need to leave the house and spend time on myself. Weight has slowly crept on. I have packed away all my clothes I know donโt fit correctly and I will get them back out on the 28th Feb to see how Iโm getting on, Iโm going to a work event on 1st/2nd March so this is my new motivation for now.
Also logging my foods properly from today, must get back in the habit !
My old but still valid original motivation : I want to be in better shape for the summer -july, also my birthday month.
1lb a week is achievable without being too hard on myself, thatโs 24 weeks 24 lb. I can do this!!!)
