I have 5.8 pounds to lose to get into the Upper OVERWEIGHT range of my BMI! Then I can proudly say, "I'm no longer OBESE!! I've set that goal to be accomplished by the end of February. Today is January 6th. I'm giving myself that much time because I'm a little slow at losing weight. I've faced the facts. I enjoy being with family and friends for Celebrations! I'm not going to give them up!14

I met my holiday goal of maintaining! Now to head into the new year with a new set of mini-goals:

-to lose five pounds by Easter (stretch goal of 10 lbs)8 -
To get some form of exercise at least 4-5 days per week.11

I stopped weighing myself daily and somehow decided that since it only mattered what I weighed once a week, it probably only mattered what I ate a couple times a week too...that didn't go well.
So now I've downloaded and am using the Libra app, so I can weigh in, but watch the TREND not the daily ups and downs.

I could have written that myself - we have lost an almost identical amount of weight in the same time frame.
I really hope that slow and steady keeps it off for good!
I have 21 lbs to go too - no rush ๐7 -
I have two mini goals one is to dance every morning before work and to do something creative each day. I am working on quilting designs, out journeys aren't just about loosing weight, they are about improving our lives and trying new things.13

I am the heaviest I've ever been my entire life...285.4 lbs. Weight loss seems so elusive these days... My first major goal is to reach 250 lbs... That's 35lbs... I've decided to take it in 5lb spurts. My next 2 weeks I hope to achieve that... without stressing14

Just some annoying unasked for advice---Focus on building new healthy habits like portion control, eating healthy fuel for your body, and being active at least 30 minutes a day. The scale will do its thing and your body and mind will reflect it.7 -
6.3 pounds away from breaking 200 and being in one-derland. After that, I have 27 pounds until I'm in a healthy BMI range and 33 pounds from my weight loss goal of 80 pounds.15

Those baby steps will soon be big steps. Be persistent, it will improve with time. Good luck.5 -
My mini goal today was to clear a spot for exercise in the rec room, that has turned into an overhaul of getting rid of things and furniture the kids and my husband don't need anymore. Which is great, except I still don't have an excercise spot and the rec room is a disaster... perhaps it will be my goal for the week...10

I set a goal to exercise twice this week. No other constraints than, set aside time to move my body with the intention of exercise. Had my 3rd workout this morning! I'm trying really hard to ease back into my routine without overdoing it and getting frustrated.9

My mini goal is to lower my diabetes which is high right now and to get this water weight off because my feet are swelling up at night. I just had surgery and they put a lot of fluids in me.7

After a long plateau, I broke into the 230's - next mini goal is to get to 225 by Valentines Day

I want to get into all my size 16 jeans comfortably so I can donate all those size 18's. It's the comfortably part that isn't quite there yet...muffin top still a bit too much.13

To reach the midway point of my goal...need to lose another 5.6lbs to be halfway to my UGW.9
-
My mini goal is losing weight enough for me to be able to get in the swimming team this Autumn.13
-
4.2 pounds from breaking 200. Stretch goal is to reach it by 1 Feb but definitely want to reach it by 14 Feb13
-
2.9 pounds from being out of the obese and into overweight range. Yeah!16

My mini goal is to get to Onederland (and stay there). I started at 292 lbs and now I'm at 202. Hit 199.5 for 1 day and popped back up to 208 (over the holidays). It's all good though - in the last 21 months, eating healthy and moving more has become a habit and a lifestyle and not a diet/exercise plan. Gaining a few pounds over the holidays is just a bump in the road and not a major setback.21

2.6 pounds from breaking 200. Should definitely reach it by Feb 14.13 -
I'm so close to being under 200lbs again. It's extremely tantalizing. Depending on my water weight in the mornings I have 6-8lbs to go. I'm very pleased with my body at the moment, and this is now pure vanity.11

Just hit 215 pounds. Now it's on to 200.9
