Like I said earlier, my January goal of 7.2 lb was unrealistic. Iโm going to weigh and post my weight for the 31st, then set a more realistic goal for Februaryโs total loss. We are wintering in Florida and will be entertaining guests twice for 4-5 each, so Iโll need to stay the course. This past week was chilly and raining so I didnโt exercise as much as typical for the past two months.7 -
