    Jan 18: 142.4...... just .4 in 10 days? :'( (forgot to weigh in on the 15th)

    Total loss: -0.6

    I don't get it :# ...more exercising, less food and this is the result? I am very disappointed but I'll continue trying again in February


    The last ten pounds, and especially the last five or eight are almost always very difficult.

    If your ultimate goal is 135, you will probably end up going up and down between 130 and 140 or something like that, and it might serve you well to see that as success!

    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    December 31 (Starting Weight): - 150.4 (10-day average 150.8)
    January goal - 148
    Ultimate goal - Range between 145 - 150

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.


    Jan 1: 150.8 (10-day average 150.8)
    Jan 8: 152.0 (10-day average 151.6)
    Jan 15: 151.6 (10-day average 151.4)
    Jan 22: 152.4 (10-day average 151.2)
    Jan 29: 152.4 (10-day average 152.6)
    Jan 31: 151.0 (10-day average 152.1)

    Total loss for January January didn't end as planned. I'm up a pound. Oh well; I'm pretty close to goal, so I get to keep working.

    Total weight loss/gain to date this month: - 4.9 pounds

    Met my goal weight for the month. I have about 10 more pounds to get to ultimate goal weight, but only another 1.2 pounds to match my lowest weight since 2009. I hope to get there over the next week or two.
