    I’m Silvia and I’ve been on and off MFP for 6 years. First time sharing my journey here. I’m 157 cm tall and I turn 28 in November.

    2022 goals:

    ⚫️Lose .5 kg netto each week to get at or below 55 kg, from which max 25% fat (now I'm at 30.2% fat according to my nutritionist measurements)
    ⚫️Do 1 hour of moderate or intense activity every day

    Daily Goals:

    ♥️Start my day with a short walk
    ♥️Plan meals based on my high protein vegan/vegetarian plan (40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat) and log every day in advance
    ♥️Eat according to plan
    ♥️Get 1 hour of Crossfit (4x a week)
    ♥️Get 1 hour of another activity like walking or biking (3x a week)
    ♥️Sleep 8-9 hours each night by going to bed at 10pm.
    ♥️Drink more water and log it

    Hi! Excited to participate in another challenge! I’ve kept off 8 pounds so far after starting these challenges in October. I’m planning to work out every work day for 45 minutes, restrict eating out for the weekend, log and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

    Thanks for making these challenges, Jill! Excited to do another month! My focus this month will be on my self care goals instead of losing a specific number. I have a soft hope for 4 pounds, but know my routine is more important right now. I have been maintaining 156, but 155 has been showing up more and more, feeling determined to push past it!

    ⚫️Lose 15 pounds by July 1

    Daily Goals:

    ♥️ Exercise at least 15 minutes a day.

    ♥️ Log my food honestly.

    ♥️ Drink at least 64 oz of water per day.

    Monthly Goal: 75 points (86%) where 1 point for each daily goal. Total points possible 87.

    Current weight: 164 (1/31/2022)

    January 31- 3/ 87- (164) It was a good day. Got a short walk outside. Did 15 minutes of exercise at my desk. Logged my food and kept calories less than 1500.

    Feb 1- Challenges- My calorie reduction today is going to leave me hungry. Sleep wasn't the best last night. These things tend to suck motivation. And then there is going to be free food.
    Overcoming these things- Packed my air popper for popcorn. Planning a walk at lunch. Remind myself that the free food is NOT mine.

    Hello Everyone from before and Newbies!
    I'm Mary 64, 5'4" from Pennsylvania. My goal is to get back down AGAIN to 122 lbs. Kept it off for about 5 years and then got lazy. My body just stores Carbs too easily. I work long hours and exercise on my 3 off days/week, making up for my 4 work days. I started this challenge in November and have continued on monthly. Great group of motivating members!
