Maybe this is a sign. I have been neglectful for a couple weeks and also away from MFP in the process. Just haven't been able to get my head together. Am new to this community and doing the challenge for first time ever. I have gained quite a bit of weight sitting at home for almost 8 years now. Plus have thyroid problem, which hinders weight loss. Also don't really have any motivation to lose weight. Now trying to get back in shape for it's starting to effect everything in my life.
