You got it, just quote your old post or however you feel its easy for you. What I do, I save mine as a text file on my computer, then each week, I open it, save my info, and copy and paste on here. That works too, so you don't have to find your post.0 -
I am starting today as well. How did you add your "ticker" to your post. Also, do you know how to change it and save it. I can change it ~ but it won't save. :huh:

I am really excited about this challenge! I have been on MFP for a couple of months, but stopped being as diligent at tracking my food. I started tracking again last week, and lost several pounds, so I know it works! I am excited about this group, because this is the perfect motivation for sticking to it through the holidays!
