I am starting here again and all my friends have quit or become to lazy to ever post so I am desperate for company here
I have not started to log calories yet as I remember from years ago that this was almost a full time job. So far I exercise more. I start the day with 15 min of yoga and I registered for a 5 km run and will start a c25k program later this week. I am getting old and starting to feel weird pains all over - this has to stop!

I'd love to join this challenge! My weigh ins are usually every Friday or Saturday morning aaaaand I have about another 30 lbs to lose. Hopefully I can lose at least 10 between now and June! Hi there. I hope everyone’s well. How do we do record our results in this challenge ? I thought that we copy the dates (done this) in our original post and then update this daily by editing the original post with the dates so that we’re just updating the same post each day - instead of adding a new message to the chat each day. I can’t see how we edit a post that we’ve done. Can anyone help here? Thanks !!0

hi there @lucyhelenwilliams welcome to the challenge. what I do is copy and paste the dates into a notepad on my phone, edit that daily or weekly then paste it into a post. MFP only let's u edit your original post for 1 hour. but it's fine to add a new post each day there's a way to add a spoiler for your previous post but I don't do that and I'm not sure how exactly u do it.1 -
