    I am starting here again and all my friends have quit or become to lazy to ever post so I am desperate for company here :p
    I have not started to log calories yet as I remember from years ago that this was almost a full time job. So far I exercise more. I start the day with 15 min of yoga and I registered for a 5 km run and will start a c25k program later this week. I am getting old and starting to feel weird pains all over - this has to stop!

    Here we go everyone! My goal for this challenge is to drop 24lbs so 2lbs a week, which will make me 242.4lbs. Let's do this!

    Hi there. I hope everyone’s well. How do we do record our results in this challenge ? I thought that we copy the dates (done this) in our original post and then update this daily by editing the original post with the dates so that we’re just updating the same post each day - instead of adding a new message to the chat each day. I can’t see how we edit a post that we’ve done. Can anyone help here? Thanks !!

    hi there @lucyhelenwilliams welcome to the challenge. what I do is copy and paste the dates into a notepad on my phone, edit that daily or weekly then paste it into a post. MFP only let's u edit your original post for 1 hour. but it's fine to add a new post each day :) there's a way to add a spoiler for your previous post but I don't do that and I'm not sure how exactly u do it.

    I'm up 1.1 pounds this morning. Poor start. LOL

    No, it's fine. I have 14 habits that I track and I hit 13 of them yesterday (minus sleep). I've had an excellent week of hitting my goals. It's that TOM and I'm retaining water.

    Graph only shows a dot at the moment, but it will grow. I'll update again on Monday.

    My name is Donna. I am 61 years old, 5' 5" tall. I live in the Midwest of USA. I am in remission for breast cancer, have Type 2 Diabetes, an under active thyroid, a touch of high blood pressure, some osteoporosis and am working to get healthier. I know losing weight and exercising more will help all of these issues.

    CHALLENGE TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS GOAL: Total Loss of 15 pounds to land at 184.6

    I TRY TO WEIGH ON THE 1ST AND LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH ALSO. I HAVE MADE THE GOAL OF LOSING A LITTLE MORE IN SEPT AND OCT AND KEEPING IT A LITTLE LESS THROUGH THE NOV AND DEC HOLIDAYS (AND BAKING SEASON.) I THINK THAT 15 POUNDS OVERALL IS A MORE REALISTIC GOAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN A VERY SNOWY AND ICY AREA AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND EXERCISE ARE DIFFICULT AFTER OCTOBER 1ST.
