Thank you for starting this challenge. Since I am fairly new to the site and it appears others are too, can you explain how to edit and add our weights each week. It seems I couldn't only click quote. Any help would be appreciated.
An easier way to keep track your info each week, is I create a word document, copy/paste that chart (or retype it, if you aren't sure how to copy/paste) and then I save that word document to my desktop so I can find it each week, then I copy and paste.
Also, since we have sooooo many of you joining, I think I will create a new thread each week, incase there are convos, questions or just general chat, we don't lose our weigh ins, how does that sound? Easy? Trying to make this as easy as we can.0 -

Hey groupies!
So, I'm taking this thing seriously! My husband was instructed to wake me up at 5am so I could get to the gym before heading off to work. I did it! It was terrible and fabulous. 45 minutes on the elliptical and a quick 20 minute dog walk when I got home.
Packing my lunch so I can eat in my classroom and not be lured into the workroom for cookies (they always have cookies!!!)

I hope this doesn't sound discouraging, but it was probably actually 2 months before I saw weight loss. What I did see was increased endurance and strength, and I saw a change in size. I would suggest adding measurements to your plan as well as weight so you can track that. You can add measurements to MFP in the same place you track weight. Just add whatever measurements you want, waist, thigh, etc.0
