    So, I can still not insert images in threads...lame. I lifted today and went lighter on squats but heavier on bench. Squats were great at 130lbs 5x5, bench was solid at 100lbs 5x5. My body was not happy with hex bar deadlifts. My upper and lower back are uncomfortable tonight.
