First is to lose the 8 pounds I have put on over the last month. Then to lose another 5 pounds by May 15th before we go out of state for a wedding.8

Going to a hotel with a great gym and indoor pool for a vacation. Swimming has always been great for taking off pounds. Using this time to tone up and lose a few pounds.6

Showing a noticeable improvement on my next A1C blood test. It's in two weeks but I've been cutting carbs for about three months now.9

30 lbs by my birthday on May 1. I have been doing MFB since Jan. 1. I have lost 27.2 lbs so far.11

Would like to lose another 5-7lbs before a reunion May 20-21. Only 2lbs until I hit the 160's but would like to be comfortably in the mid 160's (well tbh wish I could be at goal, lol but that's still a bit far off).9

After having covid & being sick of other stuff for a few months I'm back. The mini goal is to keep counting, weighing & tracking my food intake. Apart from that I'd love to just finally be back to losing again.6

I'm still trying to reach a couple of major milestones - breaking 200 pounds and losing over 100 pounds total ( 2 and 3 pounds away collectively). I am so close it's a little maddening!11

My mini goal, actually two of them:
1. Mindless eating has been replaced with mindful eating.
2. Weight loss rate is now a steady -4 pounds/month.
Embracing this to achieve my major goals.11 -
