I'm in! This is round 2 for me. I didn't do that great the last 10 days (gained almost 2 pounds), but I have hope for the next 10!

6/26 / 167.8 / Yesterday I got my exercise by walking around our campground. The weather was pretty decent for most of the day. Stayed on track with my food and got a decent amount of water and the big post vacation whoosh I was expecting occurred this morning. I still have a ways to go but the worst of the bulk is gone. Today we take our friends on our boat and then head home to get ready to go back to work in the morning.
6/27 / 165.2 / Yesterday I got my 10,000 steps by walking to and from the boat while we were at the lake, and then with a final walk before bed with my husband and dog. The weather was beautiful and I had another very good day. Feeling much better as the vacation bloat clears away.
6/28 / 163.6 / Back down to my maintenance range and feeling great. Yesterday I got my 10,000 steps and did my long ride on the Peloton (60 minutes). Work was busy getting back into the swing of things and we were plagued with IT issues. Into the office today!

6/26 - 211.1 - This started out as a good day, but then I took my son to the mall. That means we had to get a Cinnabon. Then we got home and watched the Stanley Cup playoffs (GO AVS!!!). I had one too many beers. If I would have had one less beer and no cinnabon, I would have stayed in my calorie range. Time to start being more mindful and move forward.
6/27 - 211.5 (+.4) - I made good food choices while I was at work, but once I get home that all goes out the window. I decide to have a couple of beers and snack until dinner is ready. I think I need to up my protein during the day so I'm not starving when I get home.

/some “nominal” dumbbell work/ I lost a pound even though lunch and supper were both restaurant meals. I have some major work to do if I plan to lower my 10-day average.

Determined to get back into shape & do the things I love. Started this journey 4/4/22 at 180lbs and wish I would have found this amazing group sooner.
- Jenn / UGW: ~130lbs. fit & toned
I like to dance in celebration of those who inspire me on this journey. Don’t be surprised if I ask you for a song to add to my workout playlist.

@JbeanR0212 I found that (“I Gotta Feeling”) to be a good beat for walking and I think it played every time I got on the treadmill! I have no idea what the lyrics are other than “tonight’s gonna be a good night, I gotta feeling.”3

@DaffyGirl88 Cool! I have been planning to try Lanebreak. Denis is my favorite. He's a great coach and entertaining (they all are). Denis makes me feel like he's talking to me, and reminds me about my posture, etc., just at the moment I'm starting to slouch (LOL).3 -

@RockinRobyn672 my favorite is when he says "If you're starting to feel like you're sponsored by the letter C." 😂😂 I can only do the 5 minute Lanebreaks. I get so focused on having to change lanes when I need to that I'm afraid to drink any water and have my hands be busy. LOL Definitely try it, but watch Cody's video on how it works first. 👍4 -

@_JeffreyD_ you never keep the previous days in your post so I’m always wondering exactly where you are at except for le fry resistance 😉. Now I know it’s been your plan all along to keep me wondering or force me to scroll 😂. I’m far from a good dancer but my living room and kids don’t judge too harshly. In fact I do well until my bumbly 183lb Saint Bernard gets mega excited and tries to join in. The point is to feel great about yourself and others while getting some movement in. I don’t know where you are exactly but I know you’ve been fairly consistent on that 199 journey. Feel free to give me a song & toe tap away!

@UTMom81 I’m not sure where @GrandmaJackie went. She is still on MFP or was until recently. My newsfeed doesn’t come up first thing but that is where I have seen her. The group was originated by @hillcrestbaby, I believe, but when I joined in June of 2017, it was @cynda63 who was starting the posts. I think Jackie took over and Cynda disappeared.5

6/26: 158.2 - today is my “relaxed eating” day so I fully anticipate a gain on the scale tomorrow. I will take it because I feel great, I still tracked all of my food (a huge win for me), I still got some movement in, and I’m ready to jump into tomorrow!
6/27: 157.9 - feeling a little under the weather today, but pleasantly surprised at my weigh in this morning. I’m feeling extra hungry and a little headachy today but I had a good workout this morning so that definitely helped.
6/28: 156.9 - yesterday ended up being a great day! I was able to avoid a binge, I ate well within my calorie range, and had a good workout. I started this morning big with a workout but we have pizza every Tuesday night, so I generally expect a little gain on Wednesday mornings.

6/26 - 166.7 - 14,500 steps / 74 active minutes. Had a few/several adult beverages and didn’t really track but ate mindfully. Sandwich, veggies and a few treats at the tea. Then 2 tiny pieces of pizza and a small amount of chips. This number is mostly puff and water not worried at all. I work at this so I can enjoy these days. Oh … I had many people tell me that I was looking good and that they see me walking lol.
6/27 - 167.2* - 15,300 / 90. Baby shower lots of sitting, and hot weather!! Did get a walk in. SO called to say he should be flying home today. Happy but it kinda means it will take longer to drop back down, eh will see. No hugs needed I was expecting this and it will get back down soon, all part of it.
6/28 - 168.1 - 16,700 / 113. Hooray SO is home and my tummy is full of sushi rice. Enjoyed a nice sushi picnic. Sleep was horrible. Not worried about the number, but I am pretty bloated over these last few days. Hoping for a nice light dinner. Been a little behind on the post readings hopefully I can catch up soon.
