      ~ No loss; I’m surprised because I switched back to my old keto stride yesterday and I usually see a swoosh downwards when I make that switch

      ~ “Ole’ reliable” showed up today; my weight can go up OR down when she comes every month.. depends how or IF I fight through the extra cravings. Yesterday, the re was no fight in me

      ~ Weekends are always difficult🤷🏻‍♀️

    💬: Drank some Keifer for the first time yesterday. I think that’s what added weight. It has 8g carbs per 3/4 cup. I don’t want to waste it so I might be gaining the next few days to finish the bottle while only drinking about 3/4 cup at a time. After this bottle of Keifer and some remaining organic Raw cheese, going to stop eating raw cheese and whole milk keifer until hitting weight loss goal.

    @UTMom81 I’m not sure where @GrandmaJackie went. She is still on MFP or was until recently. My newsfeed doesn’t come up first thing but that is where I have seen her. The group was originated by @hillcrestbaby, I believe, but when I joined in June of 2017, it was @cynda63 who was starting the posts. I think Jackie took over and Cynda disappeared.

    Well we sure appreciate you keeping this going for all of us! I hope @GrandmaJackie is well.
