    I'm late to the party but would love to join you all! My exercise is currently limited due to an injury, but I am hoping to inch myself closer to my goal until I am able to exercise again.

    My name is Donna. I am 62 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall.

    Start Weight (from Dec 31, 2022 ): 199.8
    Goal Weight: 194.8 (5 pound loss)

    End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)



    Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.


    01/01-199.2-(Trend Weight: 199.2)- Good Luck everyone this round! We can do this!

    01/03-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.3)- After travel, I suppose it could have been worse. Gotta keep in Onederland. Travel again today but it won’t be nearly as far. With a good protein breakfast I can probably bypass lunch out. My son will want it and the travel is for him. I’ll probably do a drive-thru for him and just have a lunch at home within plan. Time to get super serious! Travel again tomorrow which is further. Lunch will be out but I will try to choose wisely. I really want to lose 10 pounds by Easter. I can’t let the time slip away.

    01/10-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- I just realized that I will be ultra bloated for an extended period of time. Due to all my travel this week, I can only take my water pill one time in 8 days (normally every other day) and it will have to be Thur or Fri. I’ll be floating and will have to watch how hard my heart is working too! The scale is going to reflect this. I really won’t know much accuracy until it settles down. Travel days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun, Mon.

    That staying in onderland is a real motivator isn't it! I gained over Xmas, slipped back into the 190s no problem but 199lb was like a giant alarm bell going off!! Good luck on your journey and I love your colour idea!
