01/01-199.2-(Trend Weight: 199.2)- Good Luck everyone this round! We can do this!
01/03-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.3)- After travel, I suppose it could have been worse. Gotta keep in Onederland. Travel again today but it wonβt be nearly as far. With a good protein breakfast I can probably bypass lunch out. My son will want it and the travel is for him. Iβll probably do a drive-thru for him and just have a lunch at home within plan. Time to get super serious! Travel again tomorrow which is further. Lunch will be out but I will try to choose wisely. I really want to lose 10 pounds by Easter. I canβt let the time slip away.
01/10-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- I just realized that I will be ultra bloated for an extended period of time. Due to all my travel this week, I can only take my water pill one time in 8 days (normally every other day) and it will have to be Thur or Fri. Iβll be floating and will have to watch how hard my heart is working too! The scale is going to reflect this. I really wonβt know much accuracy until it settles down. Travel days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun, Mon.

Total loss for January I am down 2.3 pounds for the week and 5.6 for the month (two weeks). I am down over eight pounds since Solstice (21 December). It looks like I have met my January goal . That's the first time I have hit my monthly goal in... I really don't even remember the last time, and it used to be most every month. I hope I can maintain what I've done going forward.
Additionally, I am back at the goal weight I had reset to after gaining several pounds starting in October 2020. I struggled with those extra pounds long enough I reset my maintenance range. Now I will consider setting it back to the goal range I had from 2018 through most of 2020.
Keep sticking to it! It works even if sometimes it seems it's not working. Even if it seems like it's not working for a LONG TIME.

Again this week was a mixed bag. I tried to eat healthy and within my calorie plan on most days, yet I did not miss out on some of my fav foods as well. I have started to a see a decrease in my appetite. I feel fuller with smaller meals which I am loving. And I'm including more and moree veggies. Overall happy with th results.

I had a really good week this week and have discovered intermittent fasting works for me. Keep going everyone π₯°10 -
I'm starting from the 8th of January having had my husbands 50th Birthday on the 5th of January. I need to shift 30kg before My 50th in July so here we go. Again. I'm doing keto as I need to lower my blood sugar and I do find it helps reduce cravings.

Yay800g/2lb off this week I've not been good at the start of the week I found it hard to find my groove and get back on track but since Thursday I've knuckled down. I've re framed eating so I can eat between 6am and 9am then 13.30 to 14.30 then that's it for the day and it's really helping.7 -
