Lost another 1/2 inch from my waist and hips! Although not losing as fast as the first month I am definitely seeing results. Got great news on my biometrics last week, my cholesterol and A1C (blood sugar) were well within normal range so all the healthy eating and macro tracking are working! Fingers crossed that I can keep the momentum going all week as Wednesday is my birthday and I will be eating out many times this week.9 -
I’m trying to learn how to be more accountable. Better late than never.

Total loss for January I am down another 1.5 pounds this week. I am down and 7.1 for the month. I am down just bout ten pounds since Solstice (21 December). I have met not only met my January goal, but I am now at my ultimate goal weight which is on the low end of my maintenance range. I have slightly revised my goals back to what they were in 2018 when I first lost over 30 pounds. I hope I can maintain again like I did for almost three years before "The Big Oops" when COVID changed everyone's lives. What a crazy ride it's been since October 2020.

Complete disaster this week, my appetite has been wild, I am usually constantly hungry when my period is due but it's not due for nearly another 2 weeks. I have been under alot of stress this week so I have been "stress" eating which I know I shouldn't do but it makes me feel good, well for like 2 minutes.
I know I'm probably not going to meet my target this month but I'm going to give it my best this week.

I am excited to get my act together and lose some dang wt this year. There comes a point and time when you have to turn the corner and start making progress. I'm not sure how to do it but its front and center starting this new year. I did pretty well during the holidays, gained 1lb, now lets get to it. Have an awesome month and year everyone.
