    I was very ashamed and disappointed through the past week. I ate Alot of unhealthy food from cakes to pastas and fried food etc. I have been too busy to think about or plan healthy food.
    I even decided not to weigh myself.. I thought have gained a lot of weight but I decided to weigh myself anyway rather than avoiding it.
    It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be ! I didn’t hit my goal but I am down anyway .. I will continue in the February challenge but will do more regular exercise and more salads ..

    Start Weight: 197 lbs 1st November 2022

    January start weight: 184
    January Goal Weight: 177 lbs
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 143 lbs

    January 2nd: 184 lbs
    January 9th : 183.4 lbs
    January 16th: 181.4 lbs
    January 23rd: 182.3 lbs
    January 30th: 181.8 lbs

    Lose the shame. If you stumble, just get back up and move towards success again. If you decide to eat cake, pasta, and fried food, that is your choice. It will have implications; only you can make the choice. If you eat cake one day, maybe get back on track later the same day. Don't wait for tomorrow much less next week. Dust yourself off and get back to it!
