I had a senior moment yesterday, I thought I was scheduled to volunteer at the Theatre, but no, not due in until next Thursday 7th March. I was convinced I should have been in so didn't bother to check the calendar. Silly me!

Here is the problem: you have at least 3 accounts:
Katla49 was created Oct 15, 2012. That is the account with the picture of your beautiful dog.
myvt9v4crh was created Feb 23, 2023, 6 days ago. That is the account you are currently using.
4Katla9 was created Feb 24, 2023, 5 days ago. You haven’t posted using that account.
If it were me, I would delete the myvt9v4crh account.
After you delete the account you don’t like, when you go to log in, you should be able to log in as Katla 49 again.
I know that may sound scary to do.
I gave you some steps to follow in the February thread to log out and then log back in as Katla 49, but I don’t think you are up for doing that.
It would be much easier to simply delete the myvt9v4crh account.
The Katla49 account still exists; you won’t accidentally delete it by deleting the myvt9v4crh account.
If you can get to account settings by tapping on the three little lines in the top left corner beside myfitnesspal, the last option just before privacy settings is delete account.
I will understand if you don’t want to do this.

"Rich flavoured Australian Eucalyptus honey, Dark in colour, rich and aromatic, with hints of smoky coffee, Delicious addition to savoury recipes and accompaniment to ice-cream, Fantastic alternative to refined sugar, Soothes coughs and colds."

I don't think she is able to do that ... she could, but I think it's beyond her.
@durden , @Betty ...MFP staff ... can you please help Katla49. She is definitely not tech savvy and is under a lot of stress in other areas so is unable to fix this herself. She also only has a phone and not a laptop.

I have tried a lot of different honeys recently and I would have to say that stringy bark is one of my favourites, perhaps my second favourite. It is really nice. Now that you mention it, it would be great on ice cream ... chocolate or vanilla.
My favourite is leatherwood.
We just took a little bit of honey off ... enough to taste, but not enough for a jar. It's quite strongly stringy bark but has a hint of something else which I think is from the other flowers in the neighbourhood.

Heather-good for you for reaching out! I have done a similar thing with best friend from high school. We are checking in regularly, She and her partner live here but our lives just went different paths. 20 or so years ago she suffered TBI from a very bad car accident. Some of her memories/retelling are a bit different. I don't bother to correct any of that because most of it doesn't matter. I think it is amazing she came back as far as she has. I don't know why I have a hard time with the reaching out-I think my insecure little girl comes out and I think friends will just remember bad things.
Machka-that honey sounds interesting. I have been researching essential oils (looking for something to assist with foot arthritic pain). I have a pre made eucalyptus massage oil that helps and am going to try a some other oils in a lotion/cream base to test out different things (frankincense currently has my attention). I did not realize how many types of eucalyptus trees there are and how different types are reputed to be good for different things.
March doesn't appear to be coming in like a lion here-going for high of 68 and a chance of rain. Oldest son (bio) turns 35 tomorrow. Hard to believe I gave birth to such a responsible young man!
Off to get in stretches and start the day.

2023 Goals
My 2023 goals are a continuation of my 2021 and 2022 goals based on my ToDo list and my 50Things list with reference to a Wellness Wheel.Upcoming Appointments - these are at the top of my list. The things I need to deal with in the next few weeks.
Intellectual/Occupational/Financial or Education/Career: Advancing my career. Moving from adequate to proficient at SQL, brushing up on VB and cost accounting, learning Python and data analysis software.
Also, I want to have a closer look at our financial situation to see where we can save money and to make sure we're on top of things.
The goal is to expand my skillset and to improve our financial situation.
Feb Update: Making progress.
Medical: my husband's appointments, which I also need to attend because I'm his ears and cognition and my appointments now that I've been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease.
I also want to create medical record binders (and on the computer) for both of us, in case something happens.
The goal is to keep us as healthy as we can be and to ensure we have information at our fingertips.
Feb Update: I think we're on top of things except for my kidneys (May) and our COVID boosters (probably this month)
Fitness/Sports > Cycling > Audax Tasmania: There are a number of fitness/sport things I'd like to try, with a focus on cycling, and a large part of my cycling endeavours includes my volunteer work with Audax Tasmania ... and maybe even riding some events again myself!
On my 50Things list I have all sorts of things like riding a horse for the first time, trying archery, learning to dance. Maybe this might be the year to try a bit of that.
The goal it to improve my fitness level.
Feb Update: February was not a great month for exercise, but I did seem to walk quite a bit.
House > Office > Computer become more specific as they go along. I have a number of thing which need to be done in the house (kitchen, dining room, etc.) but most importantly the home office needs a whole lot of work. And along with that I need to organise the drives on my computer into a better filing system.
The goal is to have an organised and decluttered house and computer system.
The goal is also to ensure all paperwork is up to date and accessible by both of us.
Feb Update: We did a lot of cleaning in February!
Garden: I have several projects I would like to do this year. One of the main ones is to finally finish my dry stream.
The goal is to have a pleasant, creative, relaxing and functional area outside for reading, exercise and socialising.
Feb Update: My dry stream project is complete ... now I'm just waiting for the new flowers to come up!
Spiritual: Continue to read the Bible every day. And attend church a little bit more often.
The goal is to learn, relearn, revitalise.
Feb Update: Reading the Bible every day.
Emotional/Social/Recreation: More creativity, relaxation, connections. I have all sorts of things on my 50Things list like doing more with my photography, playing the piano again, working on my website and more.
The goal is balance. Doing a variety of things that aren't just work and education.
Feb Update: lots of coloring!
Highlights of January• I exercised 30 days of the 31, and completed a total of 35 hours of exercise in the month of January between cycling, walking, climbing stairs, lifting weights, and doing lifting and digging in the garden.
• We completed the longest bicycle ride since my husband's accident: 100 km.
• Skin cancer surgery on nose and hip healing.
• I have seen my new doctor.
• And have had medical tests, including yesterday's nap, I mean MRI.
• No breast cancer. New lenses in my glasses.
• I finally have an appointment with a kidney specialist.
• In the garden, I've made progress on my dry stream project and am really pleased with the way it is looking.
• At work, I've produced my first official project plan and am now doing the consultations. Great opportunity, great learning experience.
• We're continuing our relationships and connections within the beekeeping community, cycling community and brain injury community.
• Plus I had lunch with the ladies I used to work with.
• We took the Christmas decorations down and have been tidying the house.
• I had a lovely 5-day weekend off work and we were able to travel to northern Tasmania. First trip anywhere since September!!
• More reading for pleasure, rather than study.
• I've been reading the Bible every day.
Highlights of February
• I exercised 27 of the 28 days, and in that time, I walked, cycled, climbed stairs, rowed, and gardened
• I had a follow-up with my new doctor. Brain cyst holding steady, most blood numbers are the same or improved. Kidneys still and issue.
• In the garden, I have basically finished the dry stream project. Yesterday, I finished the planting around the dry stream. I'll likely keep playing with it a bit ... adding a few more rocks, monitoring the flowers around it, etc. but the work is done enough that I've just started on another area of the garden.
• We have checked and wintered-down our bees ... well, OK, that was today.
• At work, I produced a fairly final project plan and presented it to management. I also got each of the 3 goals started, and presented those to management too. Wonderful learning experience!!
• I also gained experience in dealing with a difficult coworker. Both project management and dealing with difficult coworkers are areas in interviews where I've been a little bit weak. Now I've got strong responses to those questions!
• We're continuing our relationships and connections within the beekeeping community, cycling community and brain injury community.
• We had guest in mid-Feb and a house inspection toward the end of Feb so we have cleaned our place! So much tidying inside and out as well as vacuuming, scrubbing, washing etc. etc. Even the outside of the windows got cleaned!
• Lots of colouring and reading for pleasure.
• I am off work for 2.5 weeks which is lovely.
• I've been reading the Bible every day.

I lost six pounds in February! Yay!
And I got my taxes done. And continued my diet and exercise plan and also meditated some. Teddy had a poison scare. And my parents are slowly declining. And that was my month.
I guess another month without medical emergencies for my parents is a marvelous thing. He is 88 and she is 90, so that day will come. But right now my Dad is out walking his three miles.

Barbie - Thank you so much for being here, for making sure we have this place. You are a steady guiding light for us all.
My accomplishments against goals for February, I've left in the February thread. My goals for March, boring and normal as they are:
✅ - Maintain my weight. I'm not going to tie numbers to that, it always makes me twitchy.
✅- Be healthier.
✅- Stick to the budget.
I have one more hepatitis b shot to go, and I'll be fully vaccinated against hepatitis A and B. There is no vaccine for Hepatitis C. My gastroenterologist requested the shots, as I had no antibodies for A & B, meaning I'd never been exposed or had either. Being immuno-compromised is a bit of a tightrope, so I'm more than happy to shield myself from infections if there is a vaccine available. The VA is pretty good about that stuff. Any vaccine I request is made available to me without charge.

Thank you, all, for your kind words. I start this thread every month so I can be sure to hear from all of you. I have little news but you all have so much to share. Your sharing has increased my gratitude for my husband, thus my days are filled with spending time with him either talking or watching TV. All is very satisfying but doesn't make for exciting sharing unless I fill the spaces with reviews of TV movies and series.Katla, I am so sorry you are having MFP troubles. Perhaps an employee at the place you live could help. Many younger people are very smart about phones and websites. I averaged over 15,000 steps a day in February.
