Thank you! I appreciate that!4 -
Honestly, I’m less than 5 pounds from weighing less than my dog, and that’s my next mini-goal. Lol16

Lol! I love that @IAmTheGlue. My mini goal is increasing exercise to one hour 5-6x a week rather than an average of one hour 4x a week....I get in smaller sessions most days. I'm finding my motivation to be really positive! 🙃6

My goal for the year is to hit 300 (I was over 400 6 months ago). Mini goal WAS 350, which I hit today. 325 is next. Zeno would be proud23

Getting back to the weight I was at before moving to a desk job. My old job had me doing 25,000 steps a day, after promotion im doing 6000 a day so started intermittent fasting and walking at lunch and I've got myself back to my previous weight and I'm aiming to go even lower. The loss slowed down after a knee injury but thanks to the intermittent fasting... still dropped.11

haha.. The scale wont stay below 260...259..258.6...261..260.0...260.6..260.0...262...
Just keep going... watching my intake and staying active while I look forward to the day I am complaining about how the scale won't stay below 250...my goal is to be there by sometime this summer.8 -
My mini goal is to add more cruciferous veggies to my diet. I'm good with leafy greens, beans, berries, nuts and seeds, avocados, olive oil, minimal processed foods and reducing my animal protein. I want to reduce my risk of dementia.

I bought a new scale. Weighed a bag of 25lb pet food. Bingo, scale was dead on. So on I step....oh sheesh.....it's 5 lbs up from the reading on my previous scale. So now my mini goal is to lose that 5 lbs I didn't think I weighed.18

My mini goal is to be in better cardio health by begining of May as that is when we are moving. I will be doing a lot of stairs and carry moderately heavy things. I dont want to pass out or be in a great deal of leg pain from the move. I am practicing by taking the stairs outside of my apartment 6 or more times (whenever I get tired) and walking every day. The goal is to get to the point where I am not breathing heavy after going up and down the stairs 6 times. It's mid March so I got 6 weeks.9

I'm going to see The Cure on June 4th and I want to have lost 20 lbs by then! I'm down 6 as of right now.10

My mini goal is to be prepared for my hiking trip in 7 weeks! I want to feel like I can hike without struggling, it doesn't have to be fast or the hardest hike, but I don't want to feel behind my friend group. And I want to be able to lose enough weight that I don't feel like I have to strict calorie count while on vacation, because that's never fun. Maybe about 7-10 lbs from what I weigh today.
Good luck to everyone with their mini goal!10 -
I have broken the 210 lb barrier. Now striving for 205.12

I just started this. Goal is one pound per week, 4 or 5 lb in one month will be enough to keep me motivated. I don’t need drastic progress, I just need progress.13

My mini goal is to feel good about my new established health habits at a family gathering in May, and to look terrific there!4

Heels. My shoe size tends to fluctuate along with my weight, I just want to be able to invest in a good pair of designer heels knowing I will be able to wear them often4

I read this interesting essay by a fitness professional who decided to eat whatever she wanted for a month to see what happened and she found that while the weight gain wasn't significant at all she actually felt terrible.
My mini goal is to track what I eat and stay within the boundaries of my daily calorie goal for the full month - not because I HAVE to this time, but because it will give me a sense of discipline and it shows me that I'm loving my body - this is something I'm doing FOR myself. This is a gift I'm giving TO myself. The food, the "treats" are not the treat - the DISCIPLINE is the treat. That is my goal.14
