Morning π
Yesterday, I bounced on my trampoline 10 minutes for every hour of chores. Helped my mood and daily step total.

@200Karen , thank you, this virus seems to persist and does not disappear completely but I started using natural remedies together with medicines and feel better to some extent, cannot say the same about my husband yet. I do try to keep active.1 -

I worry that I might not be working both heads in the bicep so Iβm doing 2 different holds and 3 different for triceps

Rest day ate well but spent to much time watching NBA playoffs my back is a little sore. Did walk 10000 steps and went to church βͺοΈ
