I want to have 12 check-ins at the gym this month. It'll be a push because of my schedule, but I can do it if I go every free day the rest of the month. Right now I have 8.9

I am trying to eat more vegetables! I go through cyclical phases, and am transitioning from a 'veggies are yucky' to ' maybe they're not so bad???'. The 'veggies are yummy!' phase is in the future, and I would like to get there quicker than usual so I am trying to help myself make that leap! Did well today for that, had salsa with my omelette this morning and put a little pile of broccoli on my plate at dinner. So I will be striving to keep up this tiny bit of momentum!7

Have you tried eating them raw? I think most veggies are better raw, and they're better for you too. Not potatoes of course, but white cabbage, carrots, tenderstem broccolli.3 -
My micro goal is getting down to 110 kilos. Just 0.2 kilos to do.
After that, it's getting to 100 kilos.

My mini goals for this week:
•to track my eating every day
•to not eat "outside" food - only food that I have prepared (I just finished 8 days of eating from restaurants for at least one meal every day)
•to bike for 20 min 3 times
•to do a 10 minute (min) strength workout everyday
And on a non-fitness note, to pack up 4 footlockers this week (moving soon)6 -
I am getting back into it and forming good habits again.
- Track my food every day this week
- Weigh myself every morning this week
- start taking measurements once a week
This might seem small but I've half started this several times in the last several weeks. One step at a time...10 -

In April, my goal was cracking the 205 lb barrier.
My new goal is cracking the 180 barrier!
I finally cracked the 210 lb barrier! I got close 2 to 3 times over the last 4 years.
Still on a low carb, no sugar diet and exercise lifestyle. and two hours of fat burning zone exercise.
Still not full Keto, just low carb and no sugar.
Still maintaining the new lifestyle & Intermittent Fasting I exercised and dieted before but now I'm never hungry.
The fasting is from 8pm to 3pm daily only eating only from 3pm to 8pm and then nothing but water, tea or coffee through the night and morning till afternoon.
Learn from my experience
Greetings to all and have a great day.12 -
In the immediate, I just worked up to belt hole #4 this week, after starting off on belt hole #1 or #2. I'd love to continue losing inches all-over so that things continue fitting looser.
For a weight-related goal, I'd like to get down to or below the _70s by June 31, which would be 4.2 lbs (not comfortable listing my actual weight right now).
I was getting REALLY close but then shark week hit, lolol. I tend to see a drop after that, so I'm hoping I'm closer to my mini goal.7 -
To not be the fattest person on the beach in two weeks 🤣9

Mini-goal? Finish the 12 week Buff Dudes workout plan. I'm on week 4 right now (technically week 5 because I added an extra week of the first phase of the program, to improve my form and because I was still making strength gains because I haven't lifted in something like 7 years, so I've got noob gains all over again).
Medium-term goal is to have decent, visible muscle on arms and legs by August. I think that's achievable based on how I look in the mirror atm, if I keep up the nutrition (150+ grams of protein and carbs each per day, 2200 net calories, 5-6 workout days a week).
Long term, I want to have visible abs and be a strong, buff, confident dude. I'm more confident already but I know I'm still overweight and not anywhere close to buff yet so that's still kinda far away4 -
Having more energy and being better able to care for my two birds.
