Looking for balance

Hi everyone. I turned 50 this year and I’m tired. I’m tired of being so overweight that I can’t enjoy life the way I used to. I’m tired of not being able to do activities that I used to enjoy so much because I am morbidly obese but, I’m also tired of yo-yo and fad diets or diets that say, “eat a lot of this and none of that” because what happens is one day I don’t have time for meal plans or stress takes control of my life or lots and lots of hours worked and I can’t food prep and before I know it, I’ve gained back twice as much as I lost. I’m starting a new journey to find balance between what I eat, (energy in) and what I do (energy out). I plan to start logging and journaling to find out where my happy balance is for a healthyp14c9suy3z8n.jpeg

    Long Covid makes things more difficult for me BUT, I saw a Nutritionist yesterday and got some great info about the MIND Diet. (like Mediterranean plus DASH diet) that'll help get me more back to "normal" and lose weight.
